Top Gun Painting & Power Washing

Shortly after the initial contact, Mr. Will Williamson was performing an estimate and we discussed how to best accomplish the job - which was a to paint the whole exterior of my 2-story colonial and do some minor wood siding and window repair. After approval, the Top Gun team was on site within a day, doing preparation for the next day when painting began. The Top Gun Team was staffed by seasoned professionals and the results show it. They were responsive to our needs and committed to doing a great job. We are very pleased with quality of the job and the quality of the people working for Top Gun. If we need another painting job in the Richmond area, I will call Will Williamson and the Top Gun Team.

Having our entire 1942 sq. ft. townhome painted by Top Gun was such a positive experience. Our initial contact was with Mr. Williamson, co-owner, who exuded professionalism and exemplary customer service through out the entire process. The same can be said about the crew leader, Miguel and his crew. Top Gun took the time to carefully move furniture and blinds and covered everything. It was impressive to watch them paint without taping anything and the lines are precise! Therefore, allowing them to minimize their time in the home. For us, it was about 1.5 days for each painting project. The crew did a phenomenal job cleaning up once the job was completed. Also, their pricing was competitive to other estimates, better than some. We are extremely pleased with the job Top Gun did for us and we highly recommend them.

Top Gun is Top Notch. Top Gun met every promise and more. They arrived when they said they would, did the work they said they would do and did it in the time they said they would do it. From all the prep work to the final painting, they did a masterful job and our basement looks fantasic. There were zero letdowns and in fact rather the opposite - they washed the exterior of my house and painted my front door at no additional cost which improved the appearance more than I would ever have expected. It is refreshing to see companies understand the value of delighting their customers.

Will and his crew are the premier paint & power wash company in RVA, hands down. I heard from Will shortly after putting a prompt out for a paint estimate and he was in touch and ready to work on my new house right away. When he arrived, he walked me through the process and the importance of painting the trim and ceilings as well as the walls for the cumulative aesthetic effect. Not only was he very honest, competent and knowledgeable, I met with 2 other painters that day and Will was the only one I implicitly trusted. He is forthright, experienced, and a strong Christian who stayed in constant communication with me and offered competitive rates. He even worked with me on the price because I was juggling so many other projects and threw in a free power wash for being a Veteran. He promptly scheduled his crew and in less than 48 hours transformed my house like new; a very professional and thorough job. Very reputable and honest company, highly recommend!

Estimate was done on 8/3/18, and we hired them the next day. My husband and I can NOT say enough good things about this company and it's employees. They were precise, and polite the entire duration of the job. We communicated with the owner throughout the entire process, and how we wanted the job to be completed was well received. They painted our cedar wood exterior home, painted all the trimming, including staining our front porch. They also power washed our deck, which was something they didn't have to do. If you hire this company, you will NOT be disappointed!

We hired Top Gun for painting and trim work in our 40 year old (never had been painted) garage. They are one of the best contractors we have worked with during decades of numerous home maintenance and remodeling projects. Absolutely amazing! From the first phone call with Will Williamson to the completion of the job, every aspect was professional. Mr. Williamson’s expertise is such that he can see what needs to be done and suggest great ideas. Top Gun’s price was very reasonable for top quality work. The job included painting walls & ceiling, adding trim, replacing interior door, along with all of the prep (filling holes, taping seams, mudding, etc.). The carpenter and the painting crew took care of every detail in expert fashion. The painters covered everything including the floor with plastic and tarps. What a great result! A beautiful makeover! We will definitely call on them for future projects.

Excellent workmanship. No drips or over lapping paint on hardwood floors and natural wood doors and trim. Even touched up shutters on exterior of house. Entire job took less than one week.

I was skeptical of the rave reviews I had seen about this provider but Will Williamson and his crew EXCEEDED all expectations! Mr. Williamson was professional and personable in all of our dealings. His men were on time, professional and did a fantastic job. I received the estimate on the same day as his first visit. He started the work when he said he would. And I especially liked the fact that on the first morning of work, he came to my house and introduced me to the people who would be doing the work. A+++

A great company and operation. I was immediately called back, and an appointment was set for an on-site estimate. Will came out to look at the job, made recommendations and estimated a fair price. We had the painting done immediately. His work crew was outstanding; they were fast, efficient and made no mistakes. We would highly recommend Top Gun for any painting job and we plan to use them for other projects. Completely trustworthy.

Solid company and well run by Scott & Will. The lead carpenter, Steve, is super attentive to every detail, and if it wasn't right he fixed it.They are licensed and insured unlike a lot of the other "painters" in town.This is a local company not a franchise so you'll get a way better deal than working with the big outfits. They wore company attire too.Accessible and friendly management, an overall good experience.
