+ -1 moreExcellent job! As a walk-in, I was concerned about how quickly my computer could be repaired. The owner, Kevin, assured me it could be completed in a few hours. He immediately understood the problems I was having and assured me that my computer could be repaired. He called and emailed within the time frame quoted. Everything is now working perfectly! Kevin was very friendly and freely shared additional advice. This is a small, family-owned business and I will be referring everyone to them.

+ -1 moreThey fix the problem the first time. They get all the information from you when you take in your item. They will call you with an estimate. They are quick. I have always been satisfied with their work. I have never had a problem with them. I have been using them for about 3 years. They keep you well informed with what is going on. Their prices are fair.

It was way more expensive that I wanted to pay but some things, there's not that much flexibility on 'cause they supplied the hard hard which I thought was pretty reasonably priced. It's not only just a labor cost that was expensive but I've brought it in and they turned this around and got it all done the next day. So to me, that was good.
Description of Work: I used Tailored Data Solutions for computer repair and services. They replaced the hard drive on my laptop.

+ -1 moreAfter I bought my computer from them, I had to bring it back in a few times for repairs. They did not fix it right either time.They have horrible service. I would not recommend them to anyone. They do not do the work they tell you they will.

+ -1 moreTAILORED DATA SOLUTIONS is a lousy company. They did not fix my computer. They are the worst company I have ever seen. They charge you a service and do not deliver it.
