Swim-N-Pools Billiards & Spas

The water testing is great. We definitely see a difference in the water after utilizing the recommendations of Swim-N-Pools. The pool installer did not complete the Polaris setup per the installed instruction manual, and several adjustments were needed to configure th equipment per manufacturer recommendations. We needed additional parts to make that happen. Gary ordered the equipment for us and for the leader hose connection swivel and nuts, the ordering system clearly shows the swivel nuts being sold in pairs. We needed 4 so ordered 2 pair. When they arrived, only 2 nuts were delivered. Gary told us that regardless of the mixup from his supplier, that he would fix the order and within a couple of days had all four parts for us. Our pool water looks amazing, I would highy recommend Gary and his team for their services. They also have great billard supplies which we have also picked up in the past.

We got the estimate last fall. The experience was great and we would recommend them very highly. They were reasonably price and efficient. The follow up was great. They took care of everything. It was just great. They provide the kind of service you want regarding price, follow up, efficiency and quality.
