SOUTHERN LAWN CARE INC

We have used Southern Lawn Care, Inc. for over a year to mow our yard. We had a good experience with them until one of their valued employees left. Since then, my wife and I have had the impression that Steve, the owner, may perform services somewhat more often than they are needed and performs services that do not appear to be needed, presumably to increase his income. This Fall, we asked him to pick up the leaves in our yard. We were shocked to see that, on two occasions, he had his employees merely move the leaves that were in the yard, on the grass and deposit them onto our flower beds! We contacted him about this. He maintained that that was a legitimate operation and charge/expense to us. He charged us for over two hours of labor. When I complained about the cost to him, he sent us a bill implying that he would send us to collections for this. Needless to say we will be looking for another lawn care service to maintain our yard.
