Paid them $500 for 5 years of maintenance. They are NOT answering their phone nor returning calls. Same with emailing them. Do not recommend them as I have been SCREWED.

I was given their name by Reem for a warranty repair on our water heater. I called and spoke with a receptionist and explained what the problem was with the water heater (no hot water). She said she would talk with a technician and get back to me in a couple of minutes. After not hearing anything for a couple of hours, I called back. I was told that the technician would give me a call. Three hours later, it's now after 4:00, a technician shows up. He looks at the water heater, says he doesn't have the part on his truck and it will need to be ordered out of Richmond. I'll hear back after he gets back to the office or Monday morning. Monday morning, I call and ask for the status. The receptionist doesn't know and will need to talk with the tech. Will call back in a few minutes. Late that afternoon, I call back because I haven't heard anything. No one answers the phone. I call again, an hour later, no one answers the phone, so I leave a message. Next day, no one calls. When I call, I'm told that the part would have to be ordered from Reem and it would take 2-3 weeks. I explain that I was told by Reem that if a part was needed, let Reem know and they would overnight it and that I informed the tech, last Friday, of this very thing. I cancelled the work order and will be notifying Reem about this situation and business. Not only are they totally unprofessional, they flat out lie.

They were not the lowest price or the highest price of the 5 quotes I received, but offered more for my money, including ongoing maintenance, and fixing my other issues with the 2nd system. I love the system they installed, and it works great, and their proactive recommendations fixed the 2 issues I had with the other unit. Because I have an open 2 story floor plan it was difficult to balance the 2 systems, so they moved the upstairs thermostat and found the right one for my application, and also fixed an improperly installed condensate line that had been leaking. Mike made sure I knew how to program the new smart thermostat.
