Description of Work: Got an estimate for a third floor remodel. They were extremely prompt, professional and informed. We went w/ another contractor whose bid was lower.

+ 8 moreI was pleased beyond expectation. The contractor and his son were very professional and friendly. Everyone they subcontracted to showed the same professionalism in their work. The site was clean inside and outside daily. Our personal lives were minimally disturbed. The builder, or his son, were on site almost daily to inspect the work and answer our questions. They were even given the house key for 10 days while we were on vacation and proved to be most trustworthy. Easy to talk with and flexible about changes.
Description of Work: We had an addition built to the side of our house to be used as a dining room. Also, the existing kitchen and eat-in dining area were completely gutted and redesigned. Dining room addition: 14'x14' , hardwood flooring, painting inside with crown molding, connection the existing heating/air system, light fixture added, painting and brickwork outside to match existing. Remolding existing kitchen & dining area: existing areas were separated by a peninsula and overhead cabinets all of which were removed, new cabinetry throughout kitchen area, larger peninsula with cabinets beneath, added a floor to ceiling pantry, granite counters and new under-counter stainless steel sink, spotlighting added over sink, all new lighting fixtures, hardwood flooring to match new dining room, painting with crown molding, new outside door and side window.
