It was great service; he called very quickly and almost immediately after I submitted the request online. He was very flexible and worked around our busy holiday schedule. He was on time and did the work in a clean, prompt, quality manner. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Jeff and his helper did a wonderful job installing my luxury vinyl flooring. Even those hard to get to places were cut to perfection and well covered such as around the water heater and furnace. I appreciate their expertise and work ethics. I plan to call on Jeff again when the time comes for the rest of my flooring to be done.

Jeff was able to provide remnant pieces of carpet for a bedroom and hallway as well as remnant laminate flooring for two bathrooms. I needed the job done quickly in order to put my house on the market and Jeff was able to accommodate my time frame. We discussed the job on a Monday and he completed the job by 2:00 on Wednesday. He was very professional and punctual. The floors look great and I would highly recommend him.

I thought that this installation was going to be done early in the morning especially since I was asked to tell the plumber to come early as possible. The plumber had come and gone by 8:00a.m. The installation did not start until app. 10:00a.m. Otherwise we are very satisfied with the job. All appliances were put back in place, all work materials were removed and the room was left clean

Jeff did a great job. I called him on a Monday at around 4:45 PM and asked if he could possibly come the next day because I was moving out of my apartment and needed the carpet fixed and he said it was no problem. He showed up on time and immediately went to work. After he was done you couldn't even tell there was ever a hole in it! I would definitely use Jeff again and recommend him to friends.

Jeff was great to work with and gave me a feeling of confidence right away. We were dealing with some problem areas, and he was very helpful in suggesting possible approaches. I asked Jeff to meet me at my parent's house on a Saturday. I am trying to sell it and was coming from out of state for just one morning to meet contractors to get quotes and to pack some items. I only needed one room of carpet I needed to get replaced. Jeff arrived exactly on time and proceeded to take measurement and show me carpet samples he brought with him. He showed me that I didn't have carpet padding underneath the current carpet but another carpet that was a flat rubber backed one and that it was in fine shape and did not need to be replaced. His price quote was very competitive with the 2 other quotes I got. I ended up going with another company only because they could install almost immediately but his advice saved me $147 for which I am very grateful. He was a super nice guy that has been installing carpets for 40 years and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

Jeff provided an estimate over the phone. He arrived a few minutes early and reviewed the work needed. He preformed the work in a methodical and precise manner. He moved the furniture needed and allowed me to do some extra spring cleaning while he had furniture away from the walls. Very happy with the work completed.

EXCELLENT! Jeff called me back immediately after I left him a message. My availability is very limited and we were having a hard time finding when he could come and when I was available. He then offered "What if I came right now, would that work?" I'm not used to hearing such a responsive reply.......bottom line, he was at my house within an hour and he did a great job stretching the carpet. He made sure I had all his contact info and told me he'd come back if there were any additional problems -- he said he guarantees his work..........also very comforting to hear the owner a business tell you that. I'd highly recommend him for any job, large or small. Although my job was a small one, I'm familiar with some of the builders in the area that he works with......seems like he's a top quality guy.
