Description of Work: ended up in court so I would not have to pay for either work that was not done properly or to code for that matter. We had pictures and several other professional tradesmen in to look at the work he was doing. They were all appauled. Judge ruled in my favor. Did not do as discussed and quality work was very poor. (ex - floor joists were to be sistered to level out 1st fl, were held in place by 2x4s which I thought was temporary until the new joists were installed but was told that the wall of 2x4s were permanent. They were in the way of our duct work which he said we would have to reroute. Had to pay another contractor to fix his work after we gave him a chance to fix. Also had to have plumber rip out much of what he did to ensure a solid level surface for tile floor and shower pan. the main wall that was installed was way out of plumb as well. We had to both bring in other professionals to complete the job (which we had to pay extra for) and also finish much of the work ourselves because of trust issues with contractors. For a class A contractor, he sure didn't produce even class F work.

Description of Work: Repaired water damage to foundation under my front porch. Removed the damaged sill plate and barrier board and replaced them. Also repaired the damaged areas on 7 floor joists. Installed vinyl flashing to protect against future water incursion.
