They were great at being punctual and getting the job done and fast. The quality was good. The price was a bit more than I had expected with the caveat that there were more issues than I had originally planned on. Still, I feel like the price was a bit high. Overall, Id use them again.

Satisfied with their work

The first job on 01/10/24 resulted in new paint peeling badly over the entire roof surface. The contractor was slow in responding to my initial complaint. The contractor removed some of the paint, and reapplied a primer coat; the second coat also peeled badly. Contact with the contractor was spotty--they were difficult to contact and were slow to respond. The final coat of primer and top coat was applied on 04/25/24; the paint also peeled but not as badly as prior coatings. I was also left with at least a dozen small holes in the roof; I was able to find and caulk 7 holes. I missed 3 holes, all of which leaked badly enough to receive catch pans with the heavy rains of 09/24. Because of the leaks, I was forced to replace the entire roof.

We had a leak at one of the pipe collars that showed up on the ceiling in an upstairs room. After initial repair the leak was worse. Although the contractor has been back to the house 2 more times he doesnâ  t guarantee his work. Weâ  re still not sure if itâ  s fixed but he wonâ  t be coming back here.

Our deck was sloping and Benny came right out to inspect the deck. We discussed and he went over exactly what needed to be done to repair the deck, provided an estimate and he and his crew did an excellent job! It was a seamless process. I highly recommend BMF Contracting!

When interviewing the Contractors, I specifically asked, have you ever worked with Trex and they said yes, I mentioned that I read that it should be installed over a frame and I was told no it could go straight onto concrete, I also expressed that I did not want my manicured long damaged in the process, and I was told if they had to do things in the grassy area, it would be covered to prevent damage. This was a complete disaster., they had the wrong nails/screws. Had to go to the store multiple times during the project you are not supposed to see nail or screw holes in Trex they are not in line they are everywhere. Boards are popping up cuts are not flush and the steps in the popping boards pose a tripping hazard, they busted out stone on my steps, and I even purchased stones for them to put in, they did not put it in, and they stuffed it with mortar that does not match the other mortar, they dug giant holes in my manure lawn. They rinsed a concrete bucket out and dumped it into the grass and all over our fence and left the bucket laying in the yard, this project looks worse than the one I was trying to fix, it is causing family fights and going to cost us a substantial amount of money to fix. I reached out to the contractors and was completely ignored. Honestly, I do not want them to come back to fix it. The only thing they can do for me is rip it all up and give me part of my money back so I can pay someone else to do it, right

Work completed as described and quoted with an extra benefit of touching up some painted areas while completing the roof work in that area.

Our roof was supposed to last 30 years but, because of hurracanes and all our trees eventually coming down it was damaged and the company we'd used did an inadequate job repairing it. We also got more damage later from more storms and BMF showed up right on time. Isaac and his crew fixed that and after 3 other estimates we decided to replace the whole roof though it was only 20 years old. Again, BMF came to our rescue with a reasonable estimate and shortly thereafter reroofed our house and garage, using new shingles able to withstand high winds, also straightening up a problem with leakage around part of our gutter system that had become apparent in the last few years during heavy downpours. They knocked the job out in two days, cleaned up all the debris and couldn't have been more professional. I believe this time we finally found a contractor who did it right and we won't be fooling around with random leaks or tiles blowing off when the hurracanes, hailstorms or falling branches come again as they surely will. Thanks to Issac, Monty and the rest of the BMF crew, we finally have peace of mind at a reasonable cost. I highly reccomend this company, for repairs or replacement, they did a swell job.

While on Angi, I researched this company. Great ratings with BBB, licensed and insured. I can't say enough how overly pleased I am with this company. They met me at my house on time. The two gentlemen were professional and had years of experience in the trade. Initially I was only getting a quote to replace a rotten deck support post. I was impressed with them that I added "adjusting 3 wooden picket gates" and cutting limbs from a tall tree. I was so lucky to find a contractor that did what they said they were going to do, in the time they said it would take and the 3 projects were completed 100% to my satisfaction. This company gives 100% customer service. When they finished, they left the yard immaculate..not one piece of trash. I already have a spring project lined up. BMF Contracting is now my go to Contractor.

At the outset of the project, my expectation was hopeful We never had any confrontations but the cost at the end was extremely upsetting and in retrospect, unfair.

They were prompt in arrival to my house to do the work. The work was great and sturdy. Professional customer service before the work and after work. Great work!
