After trying to find someone to repair our outdoor shed, I finally landed on BMF Contracting. They actually called me back and scheduled a free estimate for the following day. They were able to be out the next nice day and finish the repair work for us. I expected the project to take most of the day, but they were done by lunch time after starting around 8AM. Very impressed with their work and professionalism. They also cleaned up after themselves and left everything as they found it. I would use them again!

This company presented itself as professional and was anything but. The carpentry work was sloppy and unprofessional with uneven railings and crooked balusters on porch railing, Amateur job of screwing down porch deck and repairing gable cover - they just nailed a piece of unmeasured plywood over top of the opening. The only thing they did right was show up for the job even though they left it unfinished and unsightly and refused to return and finish or correct the job. Absolutely horrible job. If you do not believe this I would be happy to supply pictures if you contact me. Expensive and worthless.

I needed someone to replace holes in the wooden siding in my historic home. After calling numerous contractors who said they couldn?t do the work because it was too difficult. BMF came out for a free estimate and gave me a fair price quote. Benny does a great job communicating with clients about the scope of work and scheduling the time to get the job done. BMF worked quickly and efficiently on my job. They were very professional, arrived on time when they said they would, and worked all day over a three day period to get the job done right. BMF was also very responsive to feedback in real time and Aimed to leave me satisfied with their work. I will hire them again for future projects.

Hired to replace a few Deck boards. They cannot cut a straight line with a circular saw. They placed the boards inserted a few screws and said they were done. After checking their work i discovered numerous missing screws, so I called and they came out and installed a few more screws and left. But they still did not secure all of the boards, the railing is not secured correctly, used bowed lumber, I had to call them back to finish the job again. They will come back to finish the job but I would rather they do the job right the first time.

Repairs to my existing deck. New floor, and railing tops. Two joints where the railings met were not cut correctly and he put caulking which shrunk within a week leaving gaps. The small gate he said he could make does not quite fit and workmanship was not the best. And overpriced.

Great experience. Got the work done quickly and efficiently. I thought they were a little expensive but they guarantee their work and follow up to your satisfaction.

We had a few shingles blow off during a storm and needed them replaced. Ben Forrest of BMF contracting arrived promptly and did the job the same day since they were in the area. We were so pleased with their work. They were easy to work with.

They called me write away and came out the very next day. I was happy with the roofing repair and agreed to let me replace my gutters as well. They were prompt and did a great job.

They did perform the work, same day, very neatly, the gentleman who showed up was the owner of the service, and he was polite, professional, and accommodated the work the same day. I was in a hurry and needed to get some work done quickly; they come out and provide a quote, but indicated their minimum was $500 worth of work to take on the job when Home Advisor had indicated the work was valued at about $400. When we noted a home inspector had indicated the roof 'boots' needed to be replaced, they offered to check on the potential replacements, quote a price, then perform the work the same day. First, they offered a quote for $2,500, which seemed exorbitant for replacing two boots on the roof, then came down to $2,100, then I countered (and they accepted) for $2,000 which included the initial $500 for building the rain dam by the chimney. So honestly, I don't know if I overpaid or paid just about the right price for the boot replacements. Personally, when I review the project and the work, I think $1,000 would have a MORE reasonable price. I would recommend that dealing with ANY roofing repair company to get at least a second quote on the work before accepting the job, even if the company offers to do the work the same day.

The guys did an amazing job on our front porch. They kept was aware of every aspect of the job. They were very approachable and easy to talk to. I plan to hire them for other jobs around the house. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Very professional, prompt and appears to do quality work. This is the first time I have used this company and I am very pleased with everything. I will definitely recommend them to others.

Watch out for this company, they will rip you off, I have pictures to prove what bad, messy job.
