Perfect! Art was prompt, responsive to communication and delivered as promised.

Art and Neil were great. Thoroughly explained what needed to be done and how much it would be. Also helped me problem solve for other fixtures that would help me save money. Lastly diagnosed and fixed water pressure problem that had nagged us for awhile.

Great! We agreed upon a date and time. Art gave me an approximate cost for the job which was very reasonable. He showed up on time and did a very nice job. He cleaned up thoroughly and even reinstalled the door which I had taken down to make access easier for him. We are extremely pleased.

Great. Since I had to shut off the water to my house, Art made it a point to rearrange his schedule the following day to fit me in early in the morning. He was on time, friendly and professional. His rates are fair and he stands behind his workmanship. I have used Art twice now...and he is now my "go to" plumber. I highly recommend him.

Awesome! Our experience with Art and his team was well above my expectations. From the initial call/consultation through the closing, Art was great! He offered recommendations and gave sound advice. I was home durig the work and he updated me along the way, but also let me be to get other items done. We love our new bathrooms!! Working perfectly!

Great! This was my first time doing business with Art but he treated my situation as if I were a regular customer. I needed him quickly and to fit me in two times in one day, once in the morning to remove the pipe and then again upon my call in the afternoon to replace it. He charged a very reasonable rate, was not just on time but early, and was such a pleasure to work with. Also, he made a repair to something he noticed was falling off and didn't charge me anything extra! I will definitely hire him for all my plumbing needs, and highly recommend him for anyone one else.

No contractors through my home warranty could come until Monday. Even though Art was also booked solid, he came over within 1/2 hour to diagnose, then made time to go to two different parts stores for the needed parts, and came back at the end of the day to get it fixed so I didn't have to go all weekend with no heat as my furnace is also run by hot water. He also fixed a joint he saw dripping at no extra charge. In addition to all of that, he even spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with my home warranty company describing his diagnosis and repairs to help ensure my reimbursement from them. The later two items he was in no way obligated to do, but Art goes above and beyond what's required. This is the second job I've hired him for, plus called another time for information, and every time he not only got the job done to perfection, but made sure it's right all the way around. He also called the next day to make sure everything was running properly. Plus, he's a really nice guy on top of all that!

Art and Neil called for permission to arrive half an hour earlier than their scheduled time. They did a great job installing the faucet, which proved to be more involved than expected due to peculiarities with this faucet brand that I supplied. They were very patient, careful not to mar anything in the kitchen, and worked through the problems to a successful install. Next, they moved on to the family room ceiling. They determined it was best to open up the ceiling since the drywall was already ruined, at which point they found an old piping repair to a supply line which was slowly oozing. They cut it out, spliced it together and in no time the leak was history. I was very impressed with Art and his assistant Neil. They were punctual, professional, cleaned-up after they finished, and their charges were a great value. Highly recommended. I plan on using them for any future plumbing work.

Job was done quickly. Company worked with us with decision as to what the replacement could be. Work site cleaned up after completion. We would hire again.

Art came on very short notice at the end of the day to fix a broken 1" pipe in the wall (my fault). Art's capable, friendly, and has a "we'll get this done" attitude that kept him here until almost 8:30 PM. Add to that a fair price and a good job, and I'd recommend Art and APS to anyone. Mr. Vasquez took pictures of the broken pipe to show me before he fixed it and explained in detail how it happened. He then fixed the pipe and secured it with clamps (which had not been done by the previous plumber) so it would not come loose again. He then checked to make sure the water was running properly which I'm glad he did because it was draining extremely slow. He then went back outside to unclog the pipes. He also explained how to keep the pipes from clogging up again and told me which product would work best to keep them clear. Mr. Vasquez was very professional yet friendly and he helped me understand everything in detail in a way I could understand. I found him to be honest and trustworthy and I highly recommend his services!

Awesome. They were able to get the obstruction out so I didn't have to buy a new toilet bowl. Work done in only one hour. I'm very impressed and will definitely call them in the future when I have plumbing needs.

It went extremely well. They explained in detail exactly what they were going to do which as a new and first time home buyer, that was very helpful and gave me great insight. The quality of work was phenomenal as well. When he came out to my house to provide an estimate - - he (out of several other companies) was actually the only person that got underneath the house to really see what was going on and provide an accurate estimate so there were no surprises for him or I. This stood out to me and showed me that he takes pride in his work and strives for high quality. I have a 1937 house and the plumbing is not that great-- Art gave me cost effective ways to try and resolve any issues. I definitely do plan on contacting them again to rough in a new bathroom upstairs and possibly install new pipes underneath the house in the future. They give very fair pricing and are not out to gouge someone, which is rare in this industry. I definitely recommend them.

Art has never left our home without everything being finished, he provides pictures of damage to be fixed, when its under the house and shows us the damaged pieces when they are replaced with new parts. He has gone above and beyond to make sure we're happy with his services. Art is a number 1 plumber!

I purchased the toilet from Home Depot. Art picked it up, installed it, cleaned up and hauled away my old one. Found me a new plumber.
