+ -1 moreArt and his assistant encountered the same problem I did trying to clear the obstruction with an auger, but they applied more muscle to it than I was willing to try, which proved successful. By a happy chance, they were able to stop by my house on their way home from work, so I received same-day service, something I was not expecting. And Art offered the Angies-list discount without being asked. I will certainly give Art a call again if I need a plumber.

And was very reasonably priced. He did a great job! I will definitely use him again if I ever need additio al plumbing work.

+ -1 moreArt came to my house to give me a quote on a couple of services - he spent about 30 minutes at my house and ultimately decided that i didn't need the repairs i had inquired about. I offered him $20 for his time and he refused it. Great guy - won't do a job unless he thinks the customer can benefit and could have easily taken the money offered to him given the time he spent, but he said no thanks. I'd hire Art again in a heartbeat!

+ -1 moreNeeded a bathroom installed with the waste line above ground. The toilet was a Liberty pump which also had my shower and vanity tied into it. The guys roughed it in, cake back after Sheetrock and paint was done and hooked everything up and installed fixtures and made sure of no leaks. The guys did a great job and were prompt and communicative. I would have them back again for future plumbing needs

When he found a shut-off valve that was misfunctioning, he give a clear explanation of what he could do to replace it and the nominal additional cost if I wanted it fixed. Art explained what he was doing throughout and invited me to inspect their work when they were done. They cleaned up, leaving the space neater than when they started.

Last year Art replaced both bathroom faucets, replaced the works in a toilet, and fixed a leak under the master bath sink.
