I got 3 estimates and chose All-In-1 because of the estimates and because of the references on this website. We scheduled the work and Irene (the hurricane) hit. I was without power for almost 2 weeks and we had to reschedule. Mark was also affected by the storm, as well as other customers, and we worked together to reschedule as soon as my power was restored. The men took their time getting the stain correct and called me to the site to confirm that the color was right, while there was still some of the original floor left unsanded for comparison. The floors are truly lovely and the older amber glow was restored and all the old stains were removed. Mark and I discussed the shine of the finish extensively because he was certain that I would like one finish, but I thought I would like another. Then we finally talked about absolute percentage of shine and I agreed with Mark and now I am very happy that he had the patience to make me understand. I was looking at floors on the internet finished with another product and the name of that finish was confusing me. When we stopped talking about 'glossy' or 'satin' and actually talked percentage of reflection, then I was certain that Mark understood exactly what I wanted. When the bill was first presented, I had to point out that the quarter rounds had not been replaced, but that oversight was corrected immediately. I had hoped to stay in the house during the process, but was glad that I had another location where I could stay. I slept there one night and the fumes were very bad, even with the water based product, just as Mark had warned. I had to leave the key at the house for their access and go to work. There was a discrepancy about the key on the first day: when I talked to Mark he was on his way to the house and told me the men were already there working, but when I asked if they found the key okay, they told me that Mark opened the house for them. Then I thought that Mark completely blew me off when I mentioned that I was missing a small flashlight and I wanted him to ask the men about it. I conclude that he just trusts his crew and probably did not even mention it to them. That was all that I missed and it did not appear that anything else was disturbed. I was just moving into the house after purchasing it and I could have been mistaken. Also, I had not yet changed the locks from the previous owners and any neighbors who may have had keys still had access to the premises, so I did not make any accusations over an inexpensive flashlight. All in all, I was very happy with the work and I would use the company again. The issue was incidental and probably a misunderstanding. The work was done to my complete satisfaction, and I did have high expectations and loved the original floors, and still love them more now that they are restored and refinished.

They were excellent, the owner came out prior to the job, and told us exactly what to expect. They were speedy, courteous and did a great job.

I was not at home but my husband was. He said they showed up on time, were quick, thorough and professional. The owner was very responsible to my emails regarding price and scheduling. I would use them again.om

ONE INSTALLER SHOWED, UP TO MY SURPRISE HE WAS DELIGENT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.IT STARTED TO RAIN VERY LIGHTLY,AND JUSTON STAYED WITH THE JOB EVEN THOUGH HE HAD TO GO OUTSIDE TO CUT THE WOOD,FROM TIME TO TIME I WOULD CHECK IN TO SEE HOW IT WAS GOING AND I WAS REALLY GETTING EXCITED BECAUSE THINGS WAS LOOKING SO GOOD .I COULD HARDLY WAIT FOR THE COMPLETION.THAT WAS MY WHOLE CONVERSATION FOR THE WEEK_END HOW PLEASED I WAS WITH MY BEAUTIFUL WOOD FLOORS.MARK SENT THE RIGHT MAN FOR THE JOB.THUMBS UP FOR ALL-N-ONE SERVICES.ONE CAN NOT EXPECT A BETTER WORK .GOOD JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was able to get an extimate in a timely manner and received help deciding on the new floor. The crew was nice and job was done in about 3 days. However, the crew was never on time (when they said they would be there) but once there did an good job.

The guys were very professional treated our house like it was their own, cleaned up behind themselves. Excellent quality and reasonable pricing for work done.

The vendor gave me a reasonable quote to refinish our kitchen hardwood floors. When the job began I asked for an additional quote to replace a problematic portion of the floor with new wood and the time it would add to our being out of the kitchen. He responded with a very reasonable cost and replaced the floor pieces with matching new wood on the same day. The promptness, job quality and cost were all quite good.

Mark sent his crew out on Saturday to start the job just before we left for the beach. When we got back, it was a beautiful surprise and looked even better then I imagined. It took four days just like Mark said it would. The guys did have to come back and install the shoe molding because they had forgotten it, but they did it quickly and it looks awesome. We will be using All-In-One again when we redo our upstairs bedrooms.

Mark Waitkus, the owner, of ALL-N-1-SERVICES introduced me to his team before the work started and I was impressed by how pleasant and patient everyone was , sometimes we did get in the way, sorry guys. ALL-N-1- SERVICES performed an expert job and the team was very professional. The work was done in a very timely manner. ALL-N-1-SERVICES was introduced to me by ANGIE'S LIST and I am very very happy with the results. My kitchen was transformed from 1975 to 2012 in just a manner of weeks. I am very very happy with my new flooring and counter tops, cabinets and the handles and knobs on doors and drawers in the kitchen. My KITCHEN HAD A COMPLETE overhaul and I will recommend ALL-N-SERVICES to anyone and everyone. Thank you ALL-N-1-SERVICES and thank you ANGIE'S LIST ..

I moved all of the furniture except for the sofa. They moved that and did not charge anything for it. I think they charge for moving furniture if you have a lot for them to move.They put down one curved piece of floor molding around a curved stair. It's not perfect, but it's all right.They applied three coats of oil-based polyurethane. It took about 6 weeks for the smell to go away. I fortunately was able to stay in another house. The results, however, are beautiful. I'm happy with how it looks.

Purchased my home this spring and needed to have some flooring work done prior to moving in. After receiving an outrageous quote from a more established area company, found Mark's team through Angie's List. Mark was super responsive and worked with my realtor to provide the quote prior to my closing. Was pleased with the flexibility he showed in that process and the price point seemed more reasonable that what I'd seen from the other company. We scheduled Mark to begin work immediately after our closing. Closing day turned out to be very hetic as prior owners moving company took longer than planned to complete their move out. Mark worked around this hiccup and was able to negotiate with the movers to get the hardwood into the house to acclimate on schedule. Work commenced on schedule and I was kept informed of progress throughout. Final product was great. Floors that were refinished look new and the new flooring upstairs looks as if it was always there. All in all, very pleased with All-N-1.

All-N-1 did an excellent job; we were thrilled with the results!! When we saw the Angie's list offer of a "Big Deal" from All-N-1 Services, we decided to "bite the bullet" and have the wood floors redone - a job we had been putting off for a very long time! We hesitated when purchasing the coupons because it was from a service provider unknown to us, and it seemed risky to pay the bulk of the cost in advance of the work. However, we trust Angie's List and it really was a good deal, so we committed to All-N-1. We need not have worried. They were reliable and responsive and did absolutely beautiful work!! Our floors shine like mirrors!! Mark Waitkus, Owner, was professional and straightforward. He visited the house once, at which time he measured the floors, explained the process and potential costs for work not covered by the coupons (i.e., square footage beyond the special offer limit, repair work, application of third coat of polyurethane). I should have taken notes. With nothing in writing, later on it was hard to remember the variable costs quoted. As a matter of fact, I did become confused about our final bill - I thought that All-N-1 had made an error, although it turned out that their records were exactly accurate and I was the mistaken one. Mark resolved my billing concern (via e-mail) with patience and courtesy. The All-N-1 crews (Justin and Mario, then Mario and Philip) performed in a very workmanlike manner. They were pleasant, respectful, hard-working, and clearly knew their craft. We highly recommend them. Footnote: Tip for folks who are refinishing floors for the first time: Believe them when you are told that you will experience polyurethane fumes in your home which will not fully dissipate for days. Ideally, hand the keys over and leave town for the week. If you tough it out at home, be prepared to leave the windows open and exhaust fans running!

In planning both of the jobs, we scheduled times when we were going to be out of town for a few days. Prior to the downstairs job, we had to move everything out of the rooms that were being worked on, so my son and moved all of our downstairs furniture into our Florida Room (luckily it's a big room). Mark volunteered to help but it really wasn't as big of an operation as we thought it was going to. We then turned the house over to Mark and went off on our annual beach week vacation. We came home to a beautiful new downstairs with no dust or any sign of the extensive work that had been done. For the stairs and 2nd floor hallway, we went to visit my new grandson in Seattle. Similar story but we didn't have to move any furniture.

The entire staff was professional. The completed job was great. The old and new hardwood matched perfectly even though the pre-existing hardwood was 20 years old.

We wanted the floors redone after purchasing the house. We were moving from out of state. Mark saw the floors for the first time the day of the final walk through. The day we closed on the house, Mark's staff started sanding (day 1). Since the house was empty, we turned the heat down. That was not a good idea because the first coat of polyurethane was applied on day 3. (No work on day 2 due to other scheduling--we were a "work in".) On day 5, workers came to apply second coat but floors were not dry enough. The heat was turned up and they returned on day 6 to apply second coat. The third and final coat was applied on day 8. We walked on the floors on day 9 and moved in on day 10. Mark was kind enough to work us into an already busy schedule so that we could get the floors done before moving in. What we learned: keep the heat turned up in the house so that the floors dry. The floors are beautiful. We did the matte finish and are very pleased. The workers cleaned up after themselves very nicely.

The estimate is for $2100. I have hardwood flooring downstairs. I will be getting a couple more estimates before I decide.

I liked that they were able to give me a quote right then on the square footage that I was giving them. They didn't have to come out and do the whole bit. I told them the square footage that I had and what I needed done. They were able to give me a price. It was very quick and painless.

Finished product came out well. I would have insured floor company stayed in contact with dry wall and painter, but they didn't and I didn't either so had to push to get job finished.

Did a great job. Had hardwood in the entry and they fingered the new wood into the old so that you cannot tell the old wood from the new. We are thrilled with our new floors! They removed stove and refrigerator from Kitchen and toilet and sink from bath and re-installed them afterward. Other flooring contractor's would require us to hire others to do this work.

Overall, we were pleased with the job that Mark, the owner, did during the bidding stage, and the coordination of his crew during the job itself. We had obtained proposals from the well-known hardwood installers, and we were about to commit when a hardwood supplier located in Richmond recommended that we call Mark. Mark came by the next day and spent a lot of time with me, and later with my wife, who sometimes has trouble making up her mind. He was always very patient and helpful, particularly later when he found out she was undergoing chemotherapy. He was convinced that he had a better "dust free" system than anybody else. Also, his system did not require replacement of the existing shoe molding because it did not damage it. Because of the volume of heavy furniture on the carpeted 2nd Floor, he suggested we consider pre-finished hardwood floor which would only require moving the furniture from one side of each room to the other. He returned several times in the forthcoming weeks to bring many different boxes of pre-finished hardwood so that we could lay it out and study it for a week or two. One problem I had with everybody else was that they all required a 50% deposit which I thought excessive, especially if I did not know them. He offered to waive any deposit, and all I had to do was pay for each completed Floor "after" his crew was finished. He billed us via email. (Sometimes I would give partial payments until certain items were corrected.) Unlike all the other hardwood installers during the proposal stage, he pointed out that our 2nd floor landing was not at the right height to line up with the soon to be installed pre-finished hardwood. We did not like the idea of "reducers" which would transition the uneven heights. So Mark referred us to a good carpenter he knew. We came to a deal with that carpenter, but then he had a crisis and couldn't come, so Mark found us another carpenter who raised the landing perfectly. We contracted straight with the carpenter which was Mark's preference. (We subsequently hired that carpenter to put up walls in our 3rd Floor new bedroom. That carpenter is still working for us today on other unrelated jobs.) Mark's proposal included moving the big furniture that we couldn't handle, and moving it back after the 1st Floor was polyed 3 times, and after each room of the 2nd Floor had pre-finished installed. Now this was all a big job, and we were all in each others hair more than any of us wanted. There were specific items that we did not like, e.g. the floor trim around the fireplace, but Mark eventually corrected it. Sometimes members of his crew would say "punch items" couldn't be fixed when they could. They would have a lot of excuses as to why it could not be corrected, but when we were firm, Mark had them fix everything. Sometimes we all spent more time talking about it than it took to actually fix the punch items. Taking digital photos of the items in question, and emailing them to Mark, was helpful. In contrast sometimes to his crew, Mark always had a professional attitude and he was problem solver (although sometimes reluctantly). His crew was always professional in their workmanship, but sometimes not always in attitude. We are happy with the job.
