From start to finish, I was thoroughly impressed with Mr. Yates and his team. Communication was above and beyond, and I felt confident the job was going to be completed the way I wanted. Estimated two days to complete the job however took Mr. Yates and his team three in order to complete it thoroughly without cutting corners. 10/10 would recommend.

Material estimates and timelines were spot on. They handled all removal, furniture and appliance moves, and cleanup. Fantastic. Yates Flooring came in with a crew and knocked out 1300SF of carpet, wood, and vinyl removal, and installation of 1300SF LVP in less than 2 full days. Professional team that took care of business. Kept me in the loop on progress and the plan of attack for the whole job. A job well done. Aside from the work itself, Yates was quick to find a time slot for the job that suited my availability as well. Top notch company, top notch product.

Excellent…finally a crew with responsibility and integrity. I got the visit and quote from Pete almost instantly after the request and accepted. The crew was there only a couple of days later on time and did a great job plus went above the call of duty to fix a problem with the threshold they could have just blown off. I will hire them again in a heartbeat if the need arises again. It was a very pleasant experience compared to other contractors we’ve had recently who really burned us.

This company was amazing. They were the first to contact us when I submitted a request for estimates. The selection that we were able to choose from tripled the others. Once we made a selection the floor was in and installed within one week. The crew was awesome extremely clean and skilled. Our floor turned out 100xs better than we ever expected. As a real estate agent working in the industry for 7 years. I've worked with all types of contractors, most do not have your best interest when working with you. However, Pete Yates & his crew do, they were PHENOMENAL! They removed my existing flooring (a mix of ceramic tile & laminate flooring) in 30 minutes or less. Then they proceeded with the necessary steps to make sure the grout/mortar from the previous tile was removed to make sure my new flooring installation went very smoothly. I truly did not believe it would be done in less than a day, but Yate's crew made it all happen with ease. Overall, a big thank you to them & I highly recommend them to any customer who is considering replacing their existing floors.
