They did a great job of removing my existing flooring and installing the new luxury vinyl planks. They arrived on time, completed the job in one day, cleaned up well, and stayed on budget! The owner, Pete, was very patient with me and all of my questions throughout the entire process. He was very responsive to my texts and would even jump on the phone with me to give more detailed responses when needed. I had received other quotes that were more expensive and where the installation would take several days so I was initially concerned when Yates Flooring gave me a lower quote and said it would only take one day but I was very pleased that they upheld their quote and the work was completed on the same day. The floors look beautiful and I'm very pleased and would recommend Yates Flooring to others.

Pete and his crew were great! Pete was able to give me a quote and set up an installation day quickly. The team showed up on time, and even though it was a two day installation, kept my house as livable as possible. They were courteous, and worked diligently to get the job finished. The workmanship is Exceptional. They are reasonably priced and if I need more flooring work done I wouldn't hesitate to call them.

Value Very pleased. Great service, great integrity, I can't say enough positive things. They were realistic with challenges in my project. They communicated throughout the process. Gave solid options and recommendations. Our project: flooring for living room, dining room, laundry area, hall closet, and bathroom. They started on time, finished on time, and no surprises with costs, true to the quote. Would highly recommend their services.

The owner Pete was absolutely amazing. I had multiple estimates and appointments set up with a couple different contractors. They all eventually stopped returning my calls and was left starting over. Within the first day we were in contact he set up a day for us to get measurements done, gave me an estimate, a date for them to start putting in my floor. Off the service alone I was satisfied, but when they put all over floor in one day, it really sealed the whole experience for me. I will be recommending him to everyone I know I’m the area needing work done. 10/10 will be using this company again if I get the chance.

These guys are absolute ROCKSTARS!! I called them in to take a look at my bedroom, which I had (unsuccessfully) tried to lay the flooring in myself. They not only fixed my mistakes, but they finished the job and made it look 100000x better than I ever could've! And they did it THE NEXT DAY. Pete and his son PJ were wonderful to work with, super professional, and I would absolutely 100% hire them again for another project. They made my house feel like a home!!
