He called me after I put my project on the Angi app. He was eager to do the work. I hired him to do my fence in APRIL every time I reached out to him he either wouldn’t respond or would push my date back. He eventually pushed me back to AUGUST! I would text him and he would take days to answer or not answer at all. I finally called him in August and he texted back immediately to tell me he was out of business! So I wasted 4 months on a fence project and he didn’t have the decency to let me know he was not building fences anymore. Very unprofessional! If he pops up here again trying to get your project run the other way! Bad business! I won’t be using this Angi app for any more projects.

B&T is all around awesome! I worked directly with the owner Billy, and he's really nice to work with! He truly cares about his clients and treats you like family. I was in a serious time crunch needing baseboards installed in the home I was selling, and a huge fence built around acreage of the home I was buying. Billy came out right away, reviewed the work I needed, assured me it could all be done in time and worked BOTH of my projects into his schedule working daily until completion. He kept me updated on the status of my materials and project timelines, and his work is SOLID; he's a perfectionist and it's definitely reflected in his work! Will definitely be using B&T for future projects and recommending them to friends and family! ❤

The team did great job overcoming some difficulties caused by stumps and large roots blocking some of the post locations. The team finished the job quickly (even though they were slowed up by weather) they were neat, courteous, very professional and kept me informed on any problems that caused delays. Very pleased with their work and would hire them again.

The work completed by this business was done attention to detail and an aim to please. The project was for an older home with a few other issues that took some additional service. For example, the floors were not level so Mr B took the time to ensure that this was done so the cabinets would fit correctly. He also ensured that the plumbing was intact so the kitchen sink could be hook-up correctly. He took the time to meet with us for the measurements to have the cabinets layout designs created. Friendly and have a great personality! Great job!!! We thank B&T Custom Design for their time, patience and excellent workmanship! Arrived when he said he was going to. Great communication touch base with me multiple times. Was respectful of my property laid drop cloths down. Did a professional installation and it looks great. Cleaned up behind himself swept the floor wash the counters down. Hauled away the trash swept and blew off my driveway. Very considerate individual and a pleasure to work with

Awesome job. Billy and his assistant Conner were great to work with. They were very professional, and always kept me updated and informed throughout the process. Even with bad weather and current restrictions, they worked through all the challenges, and stayed on target. The old fence was removed, and the new fence installed as promised. Clean up was amazing and fast. If you need your fence repaired, or replaced, definitely contact B & T Custom Designs.

Mr. Reynolds and his crew were friendly and polite. The price is fair and the work was done with perfection. They worked quickly and efficiently and the fence was finished in good time. I would highly recommend B&T Custom designs.

I was extremely impressed when the owner himself responded to my inquiry for a fence installation. Billy was very kind and professional. He assured me he had the best price around (and he did). He was able to start the job that same week as promised and completed before his estimated time. The quality of the fencing installation is phenomenal and I could not be happier! We are very happy with the way our deck turned out. The job was for our old deck to be renovated and a new larger deck added next to it. Billy provided a free estimate and listened to what we wanted. The workmanship was very good. Billy paid attention to detail and his pride in his work is obvious. The job site was left clean and clear of debris and Billy provided follow up calls, which we consider a plus. Having considered several estimates from other large contractors on Angie’s list, we are happy we chose Billy to do the work. His company provided good value and customer service, with excellent workmanship. There are several jobs we are planning where we intend to use Billy again.

At a time in which it was very difficult to get material, Billy still found good material after a bit of a wait it was delivered. The old fence was removed in a timely fashion and a new beautiful fence was reinstalled. The gates were done very nicely and I would say it was very good workmanship. Have already referred him to other jobs.

We are very pleased with Billy and our fence he put up for us. He showed up on time and did an awesome job on our fence. Gave advise on how gates would work and look best for our situation. Our yard is not flat and he was able to keep the fence straight. He's done a fence and a deck for two other people I know who are happy with his work.
