HORRIBLE CONTRACTOR! STAY AWAY FROM DAVIT AND HIS COMPANY! Initially, very responsive and attentive. However, after receiving the money disappeared, stopped responding to text messages, and turned off his phone (all calls go straight to voice mail). Never issued receipts or any paperwork! Was supposed to do it at the completion of the job for the warranty, but since he never completed it, I have nothing. The shed that he built is falling apart after two weeks, since one side of it is settling and it is twisting the frame! NEVER ASSEMBLED THE SECOND SHED, JUST LEFT THE KIT IN MY DRIVEWAY! Left all the pieces of the old shed that he dismantled and was supposed to remove it and ruined the backyard! I have consolidated it to smaller area shown in the pictures, but it was all over the yard when he disassembled it! I AM BRINGING A LAWSUIT AGAINST HIM IN THE MALL CLAIMS COURT AND REPORTING HIM TO BBB, VA STATE AUTHORITIES, AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS! I am a VETERAN with disability rating and now I am out thousand of dollars and will need to spend much more to correct Davit’s substandard workmanship and to complete the other projects that he was paid for.

Warning you now. Do not do business with this company! You may be fine as long as you don't have problems after installation. Getting him to come out or even answer the phone for that matter is next to impossible! He answered to hear the concern said he'd be out sometime the following week, then would not answer the phone. Called from a different number and he answered. Go figure! Set up a "probable" time for the next day and hasn't answered since. Save your time and money with this one!

We purchased a new roof through Victoria Home Improvement in March 2015. We paid $4,500 for the entire installation through Kip Waga. We are now under contract to sell the home (August 2015); while the home inspection was conducted, some problems were found with the roof. When we engaged Mr. Waga about coming to repair the issues, he replied that he would be more than happy to resolve any issues that we had. My husband emailed Mr. Waga a copy of the home inspection that detailed the issues with the roof on 31 Jul 2015. One of the major issues was that over our master bedroom, felt paper was missing from under some of the shingles. Mr. Waga stated that he would be there on 3 or 4 Aug with an employee to address the issues. We did not hear from Mr. Waga on 3 Aug. My husband called Mr. Waga several times and he did not answer, so my husband left a message. Mr. Waga finally responded mid-day on 4 Aug that his employee was not available to come fix the roof until 5 Aug. On 5 Aug my husband and I called Mr. Waga several times to determine a time when he would be arriving. He did not return any of our calls that day; I left him a final voicemail the evening of 5 Aug stating that if I did not have a set appointment time by 5 pm on 6 Aug, that I would be filing a BBB complaint as well as leaving him negative feedback on Angie's List. Mr. Waga called my husband the next morning, 6 Aug, stating that he would be at our home with an employee to address the roof issues at 8 am on 7 Aug. Later in the evening (6 Aug) Mr. Waga called my husband to say, yet again, he did not have en employee available at 8 am on 7 Aug to fix the roof issues. Also, he stated that he was on his way out of town and would not be back until 10 Aug. All the while we have also been waiting for Mr. Waga to provide a roof certification and warranty transfer for the couple that is purchasing our home. To date, Mr. Waga has yet to fix the issues documented in the home inspection or provide the documents that we requested. Mr. Waga's blatant disrespect to my husband and I is unacceptable. We thought that Mr. Waga represented a reputable company; but he has done nothing but string us along with empty promises. This is a poor reflection on his company and his business practices. To date, we have filed a complaint with the BBB and are awaiting a resolution.

the experience with the company went very well

The contractor arrived for each and every appointment on time and was very courteous. A written estimate was provided for the replacement of my roof with architectural lifetime shingles. and it was established that no work should be performed that would exceed the estimate without the owner's written authorization. The contractor did not pester me but advised he would wait to hear from me should I decide to go forward with the transaction. After researching the contractor I authorized the work to be performed. The contractor and his labor force arrived on time and the work was completed to my full satisfaction. I will highly recommend Victoria Home Improvement.
