+ -1 moreThis company came highly recommended by a friend. We had no heat due to an electrical problem our furnace checked out fine...we needed new wiring. We called first thing in the morning after a weekend of no heat. We explained our situation. We were told someone would call us back. No one ever did. We had no heat and it was snowing and sleeting. I would have understood if they had called and said they had no one available to come out. But to not call back at all when a family has no heat and we are in the middle of a winter storm is heartless. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered.
