+ 0 moreWe just had our sofa and two rooms cleaned by Tidewater Chem-Dry and they did an excellent job! We have two dogs, one who is very old, so our carpet was dirty and smelly. We were given a quote before any work was started and there was no pressure to add services. Pete and Shawn took their time and put a tremendous amount of effort into getting the carpet and sofa as clean as possible. They worked hard, took pride in their work, and were professional and friendly. If you are looking for a reputable company with workers who care about their customers and the reputation of their business, look no further. You absolutely cannot go wrong with this company. We will definitely call them the next time we need to have our carpet cleaned.

Description of Work: Cleaned 1 very large room, one small room, and a hallway. I used a coupon then added some extra services based on staining and having pets. The technicians were friendly and paid careful attention to the hard spot areas as well as giving some tips on how to keep the carpets looking clean. I haven't had to use their stain removal guarantee yet, but, they left stain remover and the guarantee says that if I can't remove the spot with that, they will come back and do it for me. They did a great job and the carpets looked great afterward. The only slight downside was that it took a bit longer to dry (basically overnight) for the carpets to dry rather than the 2-4 hours that was stated.
