Description of Work: The agent called quickly when we first requested information. He and his wife appeared to be knowledgeable and took us to see other homes in the area that were on the market. They were courteous and polite. They gave us good feedback on how to prepare our home to sell. However, we were looking to divide our property and were told they would get back with us in a couple of days. It has been a couple of months with no word from them.
