The Air Conditioning Co

We had a mold infestation due to the very poor work done by another company to replace our duct work and install an air conditioner. The restoration company we hired to remove to mold and repair our house recommended The Air Conditioning Co. to install new ducts correctly and redo the insulation under our house. While correcting our ductwork, they discovered conditions in our furnace/air conditioner that had encouraged the mold problem and could have caused carbon monoxide poisoning. Because mold remediation was being performed at the same time the ducts were being redone, Bob and his crew worked here on and off for several weeks. They were always here when they said they would be - and on time. Every member of the team was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and hard working. They were kind to our dogs, who are very small and barked incessantly whenever the team was here. They left absolutely no debris in our yard. During the time we spent with Bob, he showed that he is a man of absolute integrity who expects the same of the people who work for him. He believes in doing the job correctly the first time and instills that in his employees. Working with this company helped bring light to a bad situation. I would highly recommend this company and hire them again.

Although the problem was easy to resolve, Bob took the extra time to explain why it occurred in the first place and options for preventing recurrence. Since I don't know much about furnaces and I don't enjoy being ignorant, I asked a lot of "what if" and "why" questions like a five year old. Bob stuck around and answered them all. He was professional, polite and honest. He even pointed out an online discount coupon that I had missed, saving me a good chunk of money on the service. I have no doubts about his integrity and have no reservations about hiring him for my next job.

Service was a pleasure from start to finish and the price was very reasonable.
