+ -1 moreI signed the contract on the 8th of May and it sold in 38 days. This was in a market that was not good. What I like about her is that she makes herself available to you. She is just a happy person. I just loved her, she was great. She was very detailed oriented. Any contract that was handed to her she would go over thoroughly. She is just really good. I can't say enough nice things about her. I would use her again in a minute. She is very professional and a sweet person to work with. She was always available, she even called me back on her vacation. She is the top seller in her market. She advertises everywhere.
