Five months after replacing a heater in our spa the breaker started tripping so I contacted them to schedule a service call.. He suggested that we may need to contact an electrician. He asked for more detail than I could answer so I told him I would have my husband call. He asked that he contact him at the office # and leave a message if we wanted to schedule a call. He was a bit abrupt and made me feel as if I was inconveniencing him. My husband called and left a message with the details of the issue. After 3 days when the call wasn't returned I called again and requested to set up a service call. We still did not receive a call back so I assume they are not interested in our business. I will not be calling them again for spa or pool service nor will I recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Replaced the heater in our spa. The price was fair.
