Description of Work: Replaced the hot water heater. They stayed until the job was finished. The replacement heater did not heat the water after it was installed. Another man brought the replacement part and the job was competed before the team left. Thanks.

 + -1 moreThey did a thorough look over on our unit. They were a very good group of people that treated us fairly. We really liked how they took care of our unit. It was fairly new and they did a terrific job on honoring our maintenance contract. The air conditioner worked as it should and we haven't had many problems to speak of.
Description of Work: They were hired to do maintenance on our air conditioning unit. They cleaned the motor and checked it over thoroughly.

 + -1 moreThey were very convenient whenever we needed them to come out. They did a very thorough check up on our system. We trusted their judgment and honesty when it came to our units. We have not had any problems with our system and in case something would need repaired we felt we could trust them to do whatever needed to be done.

 + -1 moreSmith & Keene Electric Service was really the only one I had used for my units. They were overloaded on work and it wasn't easy to get them out here right away. When they checked my unit, they were able to simply correct what was wrong. They got it back into proper working order. It was a service I would consider average, but at the same time they knew what they were doing.
