+ -1 moreThis has been a difficult company to work with.
Description of Work: Signature does the landscaping for my community in Virginia Beach,VA. As a result of their outdated and abusive practices (topping crype myrtles, brutally pruning bushes with wrong power tools) our grounds have never looked worse. Additionally, we have asked and been assured by them that they will a) forewarn us when chemical applications are scheduled to be applied. b) posts signs when chemical applications are applied. They continue to do neither. The crew has no concept of the first rule of landscaping: leave nothing behind. After a visit from them, we (and the dogs) find chicken bones, condiment packets of mayo, ketchup, etc., gum (oh my the gum!) and other trash. This happens on a regular basis. The community is now upset enough with the damage and dangers of this company that the leadership and management are being actively lobbied to stop the practices of this company, or not renew a contract with them.

+ -1 moreI had absolutely no complaints to make about this company. They answered all of my questions about the fertilizer they were using. They were professional and courteous. Since they sprayed I have had no problems with bagworms. They charged me a very reasonable price as it was ten dollars a tree.
Description of Work: They sprayed twenty-eight trees for bagworms through out my lawn.
