First of all they were very prompt and they took their time and explained everything to us. They were very professional.

Great promo - installers were wonderful and explained everything. After recent vehicle break in's - we needed something fast, they did all the paperwork via email and installed our system the next day. Family owned and operated companies are all that we use.

We awoke one evening to our alarm sounding, for no reason. The police responded and found no activity. In thre morning, we called Sentry and thery had a repair tech to us that day. It didn't take him long to find the chewed wire and replace it.

After someone made an attempt to break into our office we called Sentry Security Systems. Brenda Ike came out that day to inspect our office and give us an estimate. We were given an estimate that afternoon. It was a Friday and they could not install the system for a couple of days, so Brenda came back to our office and gave us signs to post (until they could come back and install) to hopefully detour anyone from another attempt to break in. They were prompt and professional. We also like our alarm control much better than ones we have used in the past. The monthly fee is very reasonable. I also had to call their office with questions a couple of times and they were very prompt in answering my questions. We have been very pleased with our security system and the customer service we receive from Sentry Security Systems. Highly recommend them your home and business security needs!

Went smooth as silk.

We noticed someone tried to break into our new office. We called Sentry Security Systems to give us a quote on installing a security system. They came out that day and had a quote ready for us same day. We decided to go ahead and have them install a security system. They were kind enough to bring over "Warning Signs" to use as a detterent until they could get the system installed. The service tech was professional and knowlegable. We really like the control pad on the system. It is easy to operate. The monthly service fee is very reasonable ($25 a month).

I pay them $40 a month and the last time they had came out to service my alarm system. They are good.

I really liked that the guy who installed our system; he is a retired police officer. He explained exactly how our system worked. It is a wireless system which makes me feel very comfortable and safe. They do respond quickly; they call right away to check on us.
