Experience was excellent! Shortly after requesting quotes through Angi, S&S messaged. After describing the job, they sent a quote to which I agreed, and we were able to book an appt the following morning. Correspondence was thorough via text and Angi messages. Sirlance was on time, came in, looked at the area and agreed the quote was accurate. Friendly and easy to speak with, he took to task right away. He didn't track any debris from outside and didn't leave any mess inside after completion. Highly recommended professional service!

The guys were courteous, polite and professional. Arrived on time and did a great job cleaning a VERY dirty carpet. Paint stains, slime, dog prints you name it, S&S got it out. This is the second time we’ve used them and will definitely call again.

It was a pleasure working with Shermelle and Sirlance of S&S Carpeting. The price was very reasonable and the stairs look fantastic. We are 100% pleased with the workmanship. If we need carpeting done in the future, we will definitely contact them.

Carpet installation looks very good, but had issues with how it was installed. Floor register damaged due to duct being bent sometime during the process. Dirt left on steps following carpet removal was swept onto bamboo floor in kitchen and left there until after new carpet was installed. Sliders used to move furniture initially but not used once new carpet installed. Primer on baseboards following subfloor priming. Did not vacuum/clean up following install. Wall unit hit kitchen entrance trim during re-installation. Make sure you have specifics written into contract, such as old carpet disposal location (curbside or dump), and cleanup following install.

They did an awesome job, my teenager is very happy with her new floors. S&s have amazing customer service. They were able to schedule an appointment in short notice, they communicated with me throughout the entire proccess always keeping me in the loop. I will definitely use them again!. Thank you for makingmy daughters vision, a reallity!

Mr. Sawyer and his son did a wonderful job. My furniture is so very clean and fresh. I will be calling them again very soon to take care of my rugs and carpet.
