They were really good. I had to reschedule quite a few times but they were really good.

He did an excellent job!! The price was fair and the next time I need my carpet cleaned I'll be calling him again.

He was on time and went about his business and was gone in approximately one hour. He was helpful and friendly.

The gentleman showed up the first time and was not feeling well at all. I encouraged him to go home and rest and we could reschedule. We did reschedule and he showed up on time and was very professional. Overall, he did a good job of cleaning the carpets. Hw worked thoroughly and efficiently. The only complaint I had was that he pre-treated the carpets with a spray that ended up leaving a residue on all the legs of my furniture or anything the spray came in contact with. I indicated that I would hire again because his pricing was very fair and my carpets were clean, however, I would have to discuss the pre-treatment prior to cleaning again.

Very WELL UNTIL fumes from vacuum system motor triggered carbon monoxide alarm causing fire department to be called. Firemen spent an hour clearing the house for occupancy.

I would recommend him to anyone else. He has a very positive attitude and I believe he is a very hardworking person.

I did not give a favorable review previously due to non communication. I have heard back from S&S and we have come to a resolution for services to be performed. I will comment further after services are performed next month.

We contacted S&S Carpet and Upholstery based on other Angie's List reviews and were very pleased with their work. The technician was professional and worked hard from start to finish. He was running late and thoughtfully kept us abreast until arrival. There was no high pressure sales and we were charged exactly what was quoted. We felt the price was reasonable compared to competitors.

Called Sir Francis right after the stool accident and he shifted some other jobs so he could respond in one hour. This is a top notch guy who always does an excellent job. This is the third time we have used him. 10 star rating.

Mr. Sawyer was kind enough to schedule us within 2 days of purchasing the Angie's deal, which was an unbelievable bargain. We are trying to get our daughter moved into the unit before the middle of the month and wanted the carpet cleaning done while the unit is still vacant. He showed up promptly and waited patiently until the duct cleaners (who arrived ahead of schedule) completed the second floor registers. He then thoroughly cleaned and deodorized a large bedroom, 2 small bedrooms, a hallway, and a full stairwell. The carpeting was at least 10 years old, had never been cleaned, and had overspray painting and several deep brown stains on the stairs and in the corners that I was sure wouldn't come out. When Mr. Sawyer was done, all the stains were gone and the carpet literally looked brand new. Mr. Sawyer was prompt, professional, and is an absolute magician when it comes to stain removal. He didn't ask, but his service was so wonderful, and he had to use so much extra spot cleaner that we paid him a bit extra. Will never use another carpet service. S&S is the best!

They did not steam cleaned the carpet, they used a different process, the outcome was just ok.

Perfect. Sirlance was professional, and got right to work. He scrubbed any stubborn spots on his hands and knees because he wasn't satisfied with the result from the extractor. I feel that he went the extra mile for us. We added carpet protection to the service for an extra $20 which I think was very reasonable.
