Our carpets are old and have old stains. We've had them cleaned by other companies a few times, but were always disappointed after the carpets dried - the stains always reappeared. S&S did the best job, and even after a few days all those old stains are still gone! We will recommend them over any other service!

better than I hoped !!!! One chair is light colored and had terrible stains on arms...from newspaper print. We get our Pilot, and the Washington Post....and you can imagine how thick it is....I called my friend and told her about the difference of the arms, literally night to day.. She couldn't believe it when she saw it.. The 2nd chair was a light color, and my cats liked to sit in it when I had to go do something besides pet them They'd been sick several (more than several) times.and now you can't even tell it I'll call him again with no reservations.

Sirlance and his team did excellent work! Fast, friendly, and about half the price of other (larger) companies. The sectional couch looks and smells brand new again. We will definitely use them again in the future.

He was very punctual and polite. We have hired him several times for carpet cleaning. One of our children dumped a glass of red Kool-Aid down the hallway. The carpet was a mess. Sirlance came the next day, and was able to get it all out of the carpet!

I keep on having a stem cleaning service for my carpet very year but no one can take out the old stains. This company did a really good job, he take out all the old stains on my carpet.

Lance is wonderful, the reviews are real. He is one of the best people when it comes to what he does. You can't go wrong, I will definitely use Lance again and again!!!!!! He quoted me $150 and I tipped him extra and would do it again..........

Before we even met face to face, when I called S&S it came across they were trustworthy, confident, reliable and aimed to please. They knew their stuff and on August 28, 2017 cleaned our carpet and suede-like chairs beyond satisfactory. This was a small job in comparison for S&S but it was still customer service at its best and we expect to be dealing with S&S in the future.

Hire the company to shampoo the staircase. Carpeting is old, and Sirlance did a great job. Was going to call him for another clean but now decided to replace the carpet. Definitely will call him again when the job need to be done.

Mr. Sirlance Sawyer was very patient and waited for my call to let him know I was ready. We finally set a date. Sirlance was very punctual and showed up ready to go to work. He is very courteous and professional. He shampooed a set of stairs, landing and one bedroom. He worked diligently and quickly and I was very pleased that the carpeting dried in a few hours, as I have pets who are difficult to keep out of the area. I will definitely use Sirlance once a year to shampoo my stairs (and other areas that may need cleaning) and have already recommended him to my neighbor.

SirLance did a fantastic job. The results were greater than I expected.

Sirlance was responsive and helpful when scheduling. He was running late, but was communicative about it (and offered us a discount for a future cleaning unprompted by way of apology which was not necessary but was thoughtful and considerate.) He did a neat and thorough job of cleaning the apartment carpet, leaving it looking (and smelling) fresh and clean. He was friendly and unruffled by some kerfuffle with the water hookup. If I had carpet in my new home, I would hire him on the regular. Would recommend.

Me. Sawyer was extremely professional and did an amazing job. Our carpet needed repairing and I had only purchased the Angie's list cleaning voucher (which was a great deal). And Mr. Sawyer was able to repair our carpet at a reasonable price which we paid in addition gladly.The repair turned out beautifully and in the end saved us a lot of money in what could have been new carpet. Also our closing date for our new house kept getting moved by the bank and Mr. Sawyer happily rescheduled with me at our convenience. I highly recommend S & S Carpet and Upholstery.
