I was a long time customer with S&S Carpet. We're a newly retired military family and while living in 2 different rental homes during our time in Chesapeake, VA we used a couple different carpet cleaners before finding S&S. I can tell you without hesitation that Sirlance & Shermelle (S&S Carpet Owners) are the hardest working and most dependable people, not to mention the amazing results you will see in their work. In our first house, we had a couple old/unknown stubborn carpet stains that wouldn't budge with 2 other carpet cleaners. I had S&S come out and he tried one method, but it didn't come completely clean. As promised, he came back out at no extra charge and after the 2 method he tried - perfect results. We used S&S for carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, as well as the fabric seats and carpet in our daughters car. Always thorough and great results. When we moved to our second rental house to get us through our last year as an active duty family, it was in much need of carpet cleaning. Again, S&S came through. Despite it taking 2 times to get it to my desired level of clean (not due to S&S - it was really old, neglected carpet) Sirlance succeeded. I always referred to him as the carpet "Magic Man" and considering some of the unknown stains he ran across sometimes, he always went above and beyond to get great results. I'm telling you, if Sirlance can't get it out of your carpet - no one can. He is not only professional, but incredibly reasonable in price. I enjoy supporting small, family businesses in each place we live and S&S is one of the best. First let me say that a few weeks ago I hired a company to charge me about the same amount and whatever they left the carpet still look like it hadn't been cleaned. This company answered me promptly, the gentleman who came was very mannerable and impressionable, the price was exactly what I was quoted, I was kept aware of how far away they were I was reminded of the appointment. They did a excellent job on my carpet in my apartment. I will not be using anyone else and this company will be recommended to everyone that I know. I could not be more pleased and happy with their service. I highly recommend this company highly

Everything was exceptional start to finish, couldn't have asked for better. Scheduling was a breeze, got an appointment for the day & time window I wanted. We were given all pricing estimates up front from the cleaning cost to possible charges for extras depending on our needs/wants, no hidden fees, didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. They send text message reminders for your appointment, including the day of your appointment when they are on their way and again when they get close to your location. Very professional & friendly...great experience! The carpets look amazing...such a great job! Will definitely use them again & highly recommend them! I hope all the before and after pictures come through.

The carpet was so badly stained that I was considering replacement. S&S assured me that they could remove the stains. The finished carpet is stain free and is good as new. Rather than an "A", I give them an "A+".

I needed the Berber carpeting in my living room deep cleaned for move out, as part of the terms of my pet clause in my lease agreement. S & S did a fantastic job for me, showed up promptly as promised and went straight to work on the carpet. Services included a deep steam cleaning, deoderizing treatment, and stain removal for a couple of small spots from spilled drinks. Overall the work took about 45 minutes and they were very careful about making sure they protected the hardwood floors when they brought in the steam and vacuum hoses. A variety of options were offered for paying, including CASH app which I chose to use. Overall quick and easy; I was quite happy with their work and would definitely use them again.

I have had service done several times, and have not had a bad experience.as long as they are in service this is my go to cleaner. My carpet always smell fresh and is alway very clean.

He called me earlier than the appointment and I told him I was on my way to eat, he said to call him when I ready for him to come over and not to rush he would be waiting on my call. Once I got home he was there within 15 mins and he did an outstanding job. One carpet was really dirty and I didn't think it would come clean, OMG that carpet looks brand new.
