Sirlance was professional and courteous. We have off white/beige carpet that had dirty, high-traffic areas and a few pet stains. He made our carpet look new and smell great! Excellent. Very satisfied with the cleaning and extremely please with the owner who did the cleaning. The rugs look great, almost like new and they are 40 years old. The owner was on time, very professional and pleasant.

Fantastic! My new nickname for the owner is Magic Man! I bought an Angie's List deal for the services listed. The price was only $80 for three rooms or two rooms plus stairs. That's a steal! After purchasing the deal, I spoke with the owner, Lance Sawyer. He was personable, articulate, and able to schedule my job within the subsequent week. He arrived on time. In the 19 years I've lived in my home, the service he performed was by far better than any other company I've had for either steam or dry cleaning. I call him Magic Man because he got stains out I thought were not possible to remove. In one room in particular, I had fostered a litter of kittens for the SPCA who were later found to have a terminal disease. I thought the stains they left would be impossible to remove, but he took the time and spent extra attention using a variety of methods to get those stains removed. He is my new go to man for carpet cleaning.

I provided three options to the company for days to clean the carpet. The carpet cleaner, "Sirlance" emailed me and said he was in the area and asked if I would be interested in having it done sooner. I definitely did. He showed up within minutes of when he said they would be there and did an exceptional job. I've had the carpet cleaned a few times. This is the first time that the workman actually got down on his hands and knees to work on a stain. And he got the stain out! Sirlance was very professional and clearly very dedicated to doing the best job possible. I will definitely be using S&S again.

Sirlance did an excellent job. He was on time and very professional and my carpets look and feel brand new. I paid extra for the stairs to be cleaned as well and it was worth it.

S&S was very professional. They provided outstanding service. I had marker and kool Aid stains which were completely removed. I also had pet stains and pet odor which was also removed. The carpet looked new again and it continues to look new a month later. I would definitely refer them.

I found out about S&S Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning by chance because i was asking around if anyone knew a good affordable carpet cleaner and a stranger handed me S&S' card. I found out its a small business which is one thing i absolutely love so i try to support these types of businesses whenever i can. When i called, I spoke to Sirlance directly and he provided a reasonable and affordable quote over the phone. He came on time and was fast and efficient. His daughter works with him and she also does a great job helping him. He did such a wonderful job on my carpet, i called him again to clean my couch, my mattress and a small chair. He gave me same day service and at a great price too!! My furniture was disgusting before and now it looks new again!!!! (Thank you!) I am thoroughly impressed with his service and i will definitely continue to contact him for any and all of my carpet and upholstery cleaning needs in the future. Hes won my business! I highly recommend him!!

Process went well service was able to come clean in the evening due to the fact that I work during the day,.Smooth in and out process much quicker than I anticipated the cleaning products smell great. Would def purchase again
