SAFE HARBOR SECURITY

I would not recommend Safe Haven installing your equipment for ADT, I purchased a package through ADT that does not require any service fees when they have to come out, but apparently its different the first year when you have to go through Safe Haven. We have had the sheriffs department out at our house numerous times over the past two weeks due to a false alarm coming from a door that is never opened. I contacted ADT and they advised me that I must go through Safe Haven for the first year, after speaking with them I was told I would have to pay $90.00 for a service fee for them to come out when its the equipment that is malfunctioning. It is sad that they charge that much but after my first year is up ADT doesn't charge for service fees, it sounds like Safe Haven is only in it for the money and doesn't care about keeping customers happy. The first year is usually when things malfunction so they definitely know how to get money out of people. I would NEVER recommend Safe Haven security to anyone.

Jesse McClullough is the person we dealt with. He is an honest, hard working and great fellow to do business with. He is a good person to do business with. They certainly stand by what they do. We've been using them for 16 or 17 years. They have serviced and replaced parts with our central vac system.

The installation crew was outgoing, and well versed in their trade. The installation took a little over two hours, and then they explained the inner workings of it. In the beginning we had a few false alarm problems, but after two trips to our house, and some minor adjustments, that has ceased. We like the feeling of be secure in our home, especially at night.
