Very good! They look brand new.

The inital calls to their office was excellent. We took pictures of the toilets guts and e mailed them to Mr Ryans office. They came when promised. As he examined the problem he pointed out we had leaky valves feeding the toilets. He said we needed to have all three of these taken care of. He replaced the iner workings of the two we initially thought were bad. We agreed at that time to have the valves also taken care of. He contacted his office immediately and arranged to have a quick turnaround time to get the suggested repair completed which was within several days. We were quite relieved for that. He needed a second person for the rest of the job. They arrived as expected but were just not as impressive as Mr Ryan working alone. They were loud and not as careful with cleanliness. There was a problem with the initial repair as the toilet would frequently call for water. Mr Ryan fixed that when it was explained. However, after they left we encountered an issue with the upstairs one. The tank would not fill and we could not use it. When we called he came back eary the next day and fixed that. \ Later that day the Flush handle was not very tight. I ended fixing that myself. Overalll the work was good, the office staff outstanding, however, because we had to call him back to fix some things and because they were more disrptive than many others we have had we will most likely not call them again.

They rescheduled my time to deal with another client. I had taken time off from my work for the original time so they worked me into a later time that same day. They originally was going to set me up with a later date until I complained. 2 Hours of work promised was 1 hour, because the owner said there was 2 workers instead of 1, thus 2mhrs. instead of the advertised 2 hrs. The owner Was on his cell a couple of times and finally went outside my house and talked with someone on his cell for about five minutes. Nothing was repaired, said both of my fans were bad. He did do a good dynastic though. The owner appears to be very knowledgeable, but was bothered to much on his phone while trying deal with wires in the ceiling. THIS IS FOR ANGIE'S EYES ONLY. I DO NOT WANT TO START A TELEPHONE WAR WITH THE OWNER. SHOULD HE SEE THIS WRITTEN REPORT.

He adapted to situation with old pipes and cutoffs and the need to replace and cut out the old and install new. Job went well and would use again.

The work got done. They were very quick; they seemed in a hurry, possibly because the owner had dental work the day before and they needed to catch up. They didn't have the right tool which would have made the valvestem extraction easier. I thought the cost of labor for the job was high, especially since they were in and out in less than an hour. They didn't clean up after themselves when they were finished; left dirt on the carpets.

I spoke with them and they asked for a list of things I needed done, which I gave them. Their schedule to come and do the work and never show. They did not call to let me know why they did not show.

The job I had in mind was very small, but I felt like he was trying to upsell me and get a larger job out of it. He was very polite and professional, but I didn't want that large of a job done in my home at the moment.

I had a Groupon for two hours of handyman work. Ryan's Repair Services actually contacted me shortly after purchasing the Groupon to find our when I would like to schedule the work and the nature of the jobs. We set the date, but unfortunately just before he was to arrive on that date, it started to rain heavily. His scheduler called me and we agreed to try again a few days later, since all of the work was to be done outside. On that date, he arrived a little late because an earlier job took longer than expected, but again his scheduler called to make sure that wouldn't present a problem for me. Kevin arrived with a helper and they got right to work. They complete more than I expected in the time paid for, and they did an excellent job.

It was a very nice experience. They were very accommodating. He did a great job fitting everything in.

They arrived 10 minutes BEFORE scheduled time, and very efficiently completed the three carpentry repair tasks (I had estimated it taking longer, I had an hourly rate), so they cheerfully accomplished an additional maintenance task. Cleaned up after the work. Great service for carpentry I couldn't do myself. Gave me good advice on how to best do two additional maintenance tasks that ARE within my skillset. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Very professional. Helper, was cursing during the job and Ryan, was apologetic for his assistant. He did return to re-install a new light at no charge.

Great experience. Kevin came out on a Sunday to look at the issue and hold me exactly what needed to be done. By the following Saturday i had a new skylight at a reasonable price.

Kevin started right away to put temporary patch on roof so rain wouldn't get in. He came to do permanent fix in just a few days. He and his crew did very nice work. He and his guys are clean cut, with no foul language. He knows his work and checks to make sure he is doing what the homeowner wants him to do. Stays in contact. A good overall experience.

Original appointment time was delayed, but company representative kept me informed of changes in arrival time. I was very pleased with the outcome of the pressure washing (didn't realize my driveway was so dirty) and the excellent customer service.

They came to give the estimate in person. I thought they were very professional and I had no dislikes. They are punctual and get back with me.

Kevin Ryan responded quickly to give me a quote on the work. All aspects of the job was discussed and the job was performed as advertised and on budget. He and his crew showed great care in not disturbing nearby garden beds and showed respect for my property throughout the project. I had told him we had small dogs and he took extra care to ensure the fence was tight as possible. The clean-up was outstanding. This was our third job with Ryan's repair and we are planning another to install interior closet doors. I choose not to provide a dollar amount, that is between me and the contractor.

As noted above, he does excellent work, keeps you informed of progress, always returns calls promptly, notifies you ahead of time on any schedule changes, does not push for extra or growth work. Keeps good eye on his crew whom were also very professional.

Kevin is a no nonsense person who does the best job for a very reasonable amount. He is very knowledgable and methodical and keeps you informed the whole time.

They were prompt. Their work was really good. They stayed in contact with us. After the work was done they checked with us to make sure we were happy.

Mr. Ryan was methodical in his approach, and took the time to do it right. I was leery of finding an electrician since the last one used cost me $350 for an hour of work. Mr. Ryan's charges were reasonable, 1/3 the cost of the last guy that I am never calling again. I have now found the guy I'm going to rely on for future electrical problems! I have already referred him to several co-workers.

Kevin showed up on time and got the job done as promised. overall very happy with the job. Kevin and his crew showed up on day of job right on schedule, worked all day to finish job on time, very professional.

My experience with him has been good. Kevin isn?t a perfectionist but he responds promptly and he gets the work done well. He?s great for a rental property and for standard handyman work. He?s done doors, siding, tile and more for me. His prices are very competitive.
