Description of Work: My home had a load bearing beam holding up the second story that started sagging. Ryan's Repair came and replaced the broken beam and added great support for the second story. Now it is perfectly level and doesn't budge. Awesome work by Kevin and his crew. Ryan's Repair properly insulated and sheetrocked the exposed beam and it looks great!

Description of Work: I couldn't be happier with the work and professionalism from Ryons Repair. After doing a repair on my wall, from water damage, and replacing my door, they repainted the trim making everything look great. One thing I like the most is that they guarantee their work and put a warranty on their repairs for a year. They take care of their customers.

Description of Work: Ryan's repairs fixed my windows that was leaking and repaired my whole wall that had water damage. An awesome job that will last a lifetime. Great Price and very courteous. Takes pride in his work and it shows. I'll be using his services again in the near future on this house.

Description of Work: I had a list prepared and told them what I needed when I called to make an appointment. They set up a time and date and were late and cancelled another time and finally came. Then they brought 2 people which cut the time in 1/2 and that 2nd person stood around bearly helping. Then he fooled around trying to get the clog undone and said he didn't have the right tool to reach the clog. I had to pay extra to complete the overhang on the roof. The job finally got done but to bring in two people and one stands around is not satisfactory. I will not use them again.

Description of Work: Kevin added a three foot section to an existing 5 foot fence - lattice work for privacy fence - 5 sections 8 foot long as well as a few minor adjustments - relocated a lock and touch up painting - added 10 foot posts to secure the whole project - the guys arrived when they said they would and if they were delayed called and informed us - they do use paypal for deposits but can make other arrangements.
