Description of Work: Jon called me several times saying he was coming later and later to do the estimate for a roof repair. Then he called and said he couldn't make because basically he didn't bother to check where we are located. Bad business to not even show up for the estimate.

First of all, thank you for choosing our company, we appreciate your trust. Regarding your old power-vent, we had to throw it away because all roofing manufacturers agree that having 2 different ventilation systems on your home will make them work against each other. When I wrote the proposal I listed that we will be replacing all your roof vents with a new Ridge-Vent ventilation system, which is a lot more efficient system and more costly to us but worth it in the long run, because having a cooler attic will help expand the life of your roof. Again, It was a real pleasure working with you and God bless. -jon

Description of Work: I had Jon remove my old shingles, replace with Moire Black Certainteed Landmark Shingles, install ridge vent, replace pipe collars, and replace existing gutters. | |After having several quotes that were absolutely outrageous, I came across Jon's company. I filled out an online form, and Jon contacted me promptly to schedule a time to come out. I could tell from the initial meeting that Jon really knew what he was talking about. The quote process only took 20 minutes, unlike some other companies that came out for 2 to 3 hours. Also, his price was significantly less then other companies, less then half the price of some for the same product. | |Jon was very patient while I researched which roof was best for me and was able to answer all of my questions. He was very informative without being pushy and trying to make a sale. After completing much research on other roofing materials and companies, I decided to use Jon. | |On the day of the install, his crew arrived early and got right to work. I was amazed by their speed and also how thorough they were. I could tell his crew got along and worked well together. They did an amazing job with the install. What was even better was their cleanup job. I went all around my house and I could not find any pieces of the old roof or any nails. My yard was cleaner after the crew left then when they started. My new roof looks amazing and I am very happy I went with Jon. | |I would highly recommend Jon to replace your roof.
