+ -1 moreThey were not cheap but he did a great job. I was impressed with what he did with my place and now using him for my rental homes. He looks at a unit and he does not need to call anyone about it or search on the internet about it he know each unit.
Description of Work: They recharged my a/c unit and made a modification so it would not leak.

Description of Work: We have used Jon at Quest for years at our home our business and our rental house. He is always goes the extra mile and beats all other companies' prices and services. We were introduced to Jon and Quest in spring 2002 by a neighbor. We had a water to air heat pump which never worked properly and usually broke down several times a year. We happened to be out of the country when we received a phone call from home informing us our entire system needed to be replaced to the tune of thousands of dollars. Our kindly neighbor offered to have his "go to HVAC person" look at it for a second opinion. Turns out the system had been improperly installed and maintained (was in place when we purchased the home) over the years. All that was needed was a part for something like $43.00. We haven't called another HVAC person since. We love Jon.

Description of Work: this is the best company i have every worked with. after having the a/c repaired over and over by several different copanies, i was told i needed a new unit at a cost of $6,437.00. a friend recommended quest, they were out within an hour and , guess what, told me i did not need a new unit and fixed my existing unit. WOW, what a unique experience, honesty and knowledge .
