Quality Systems was extremely rude and unhelpful. I used our home warranty company when our a/c went out this weekend. They referred me to QS because they has weekend hours. I was given high priority due to pregnancy. The never bothered to call me back till 48 hrs later. Both the Warranty co. and I called and left messages with no response, finally got "Jack" on his cell and he said he didn't call me because he didn't have any openings. Then called Monday (7/25) and said he would try to get me in today but was full and wasn't sure if he would get to me today maybe this week. I told him I was pregnant and needed to know to make alternate arrangements ( 115 temps outside and two days is too long) and he couldn't answer. I went with an alternate company and they came within 2 hrs. I would NEVER recommend them and Jack was very rude. The Warranty Co. was dissatisfied with their turn around time to call me. Should have been 24 hrs.
