Property Consultants (Sherian Goolsby)

This was one of the worst overall experiences in ANY realm of my life, I have ever had. This lady and her company are a joke, she should not be aloud to even operate/run a company and should be ashamed of her lack of morals and ethics! I would file a Better Business Bureau complaint on her if she was even affiliated but shes not. Our lease term was miserable because of her and her owner (who she worked for) as they were constantly trying to take our money and trying to screwing us. The home she rented to us for a big monthly rent fee, was in dilapitated condition and improperly maintained (unfortunately being military we were not able to view the home in person before we signed a leased and the pictures she provided were WAY off from what we got)! Not to mention, never following the terms of the lease that were set forth by her! The list of horrifying things they did to us is way too big to list here! Lets just say we are suing them for our security deposit and cleanings they made us pay for that were unlawful! I cannot stress enough to NEVER use Sherian Goolsby as a realtor OR a property manager, I don't care how desperate you are, this lady is a fraud and will take all your money! She talks innocent and sweet to your face then knifes you for all you are worth when your back is turned, do not let her fool you! As an example... The day we were showing up on the property for our lease commencement to meet her, have her let us in and give us the keys (she also lived across the street from the property we rented), she never showed. We waited and waited in the heat and she finally gave my husband the code to the realtor lock box so we could at least let ourselves in. She calimed she didn't want to wait for us and left on vacation! This was our first experience with her and it went even more south after that! Every one I tell our story to is just mortified!
