Description of Work: I ask for Ted anytime that I need a termite inspection on behalf of one of my buyers. He provides a thorough inspection, for a reasonable cost, every time that I call on him, and he does an accurate job of estimating when repairs to crawl spaces are deemed necessary.

They did a great job for us. The price was reasonable and we were very happy with everything.
Description of Work: Priority Pest Services did the insulation under our home. They replaced the vinyl sheet under the house, the insulation and all of the vents including the door. They are currently doing pest control for us, too.

Everything, I mean everything has been outstanding. Steve the inspecting has been out to give advice, recommend re-treatment (at no charge), and give tips to help prevent further issues from arising. When some spraying left marks on my house, they sent out people to scrub them off, two nice young men who were happy to do the work. My experience with Priority has taught that my hunch when meeting Steve was genuine and I am grateful. I highly recommend them, and will use them as long as I am a member of this community. Thank you Steve, and thank you Priority. I look forward to doing my Termite Bond with them, who would have ever thought they would say that?

They dug a trench around my house by hand in the hot sun and they were pleasant the whole time. They even did things that were not in the contract for free. When the bill came they deducted $1000. That is something that is unheard of.
Description of Work: They installed a French drain to get keep bugs away from my house. The job lasted four days.
