Description of Work: Princess Anne Builders (PAB) cuts every corner possible. Just to name a few problems. Prior to the end of our one year warranty period I had a home inspector come and inspect the house. You are told it is not required for new homes but I highly recommend them. During the home inspection one of the items found was that there were no hurricane straps on two of the four corners of the house. We tried and tried to get this corrected. The only way this was corrected was by threating to go to the city. The house should not have passed the city inspection without these straps. There were several minor things found during the inspection (i.e. loose bainster) but the PAB refused to make any of the repairs. After being in the house for two years our windows was leaking, the house was found to have no house wrap between the vinyl siding and the wood wall. When we contacted PAB we were told it wasn't their fault and to take it up with the subcontractor. Of couse, the subcontractor pushed it backs to PAB. Not until we pointed out to PAB that our contract was with them and we would hate to take them to small claims court did PAB finally agree to make the required repairs. These are just a couple of the issues we had among many. I would never buy a house build by PAB and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Provided immediate service for a major roof leak!... Thorough inspection. Included chimney work. Complete new roof in two days. Rapid. Hard working. Professional oversight I highly recommend these gentlemen for a thorough yet realistic assessment of your need.... I plan on a new room addition in January!
