He came quickly,same day, told us the problem, and fixed it.

This is in reference to the original work I had done on 7/6/15..which I was not very happy with. Subsequently, the work was satisfactorily completed on 7/7/15. Afterward I submitted a customer survey of my assessment and opinion of the work...no more than 30 minutes after submission, I received a call from Dawn (I think), following up with me and profusely apologizing for my unhappiness with the experience. She told me that the company is committed to an outstanding level of work and service, as well as 100% complete customer satisfaction. Although I didn't expect anything else beyond the apology, she backed up her words with a total refund for the first visit in the amount of $394. Now that's what I call standing behind your word, service, and reputation. Because of the way in which this event was handled, I would now not hesitate to use Premier Plumbing again, and also would recommend them to my friends and neighbors. Thank you, Premier Plumbing.

In mid-June the 30 year old shower diverter valve broke at morning shower time. We called Premier Plumbing and Dara promised to send someone right away. Minutes later my wife went into our garage and found standing water around the hot water heater. I immediately recognized the problem there. Called Dara back and said we had more problems, explaining the hot water heater leak. She added that to our previous list and we told her we had out-of-state company coming and she said she would take care of it. Within an hour Brandon Montanye and Ed Stonich arrived at the house. We remembered Brandon because he'd spend two of the wettest, coldest days of February hip deep in a muddy ditch replacing the sewer drain from the house to the city's sewer system. He and the other employee were incredible than under among the most adverse of weather circumstances. We were happy to see Brandon was on the June call. A previous plumber told us fixing the shower diverter alone would cost of up to $1000 and that was before we knew we also needed a hot water heater the same day. The other plumber, who'd come highly recommended, said the diverter valve was no longer being manufactured and he'd have to replace the entire shower assembly. When Brandon and Ed arrived however, Ed recognized the valve as an off-the-shelf product easily purchased and replaceable. Both he and Brandon went to work immediately and within three hours we had a new hot water heater, a new diverter valve, everything cleaned up and hauled off by Brandon and Ed. And all of it was done for about what the other plumber wanted to just replace a $5 shower valve. These people are honest, reliable, and Brandon even called and got us $110 discount because we had been a previous customer earlier this year. You can't beat this service, efficiency, pricing, and honesty. We will always be a customer of Premier Plumbing.

The company sent a provider out to our home within 2 hours. The provider was courteous and friendly. He explained how he could fix the problem and shared ways to avoid the problem in the future. We are very grateful and pleased with the services provided. We would highly recommend this company and provider to other in need of a good plumbing company.

This review is long overdue but we were extremely pleased with the job that the 2 gentleman did. We had estimates from several reputable companies. Premier's price was very fair and reasonable (not the highest, not the lowest). They were very neat with the work and cleaned up at the end of every work day. Will be using them again in the future for any plumbing needs!

EDITED: I called this company back again to reschedule. I told them the specific parts that I need and I called them several days in advance. I was told I would get a call back soon, but several hours later I heard nothing. I called yet again, and was told the boss was gone (at 3pm?) and I would get a call back in the morning to let me know if it was possible to have those parts in on time. It is now 2 days later and I still have not heard from them. How do you run a business like this? I'm trying to spend good money for work to be done, but you can't get in touch with me? I verified they have my number correct this time too. I think I will just have to use someone else instead since they obviously don't care for my business, even though I made mention that I could have a much larger project int he future. The only reason I don't give them an F overall is because when someone was there he checked to see if there was anything else wrong before starting work.. It started out not so well. I say that because I was told someone would be there between 11 and 1. Just after 1 I called to find out where they were. Long story short, they had my phone number wrong by one digit and couldn't get a hold of me. Someone was sent out right away and arrived in under 45 minutes. While I say service was performed, no actual work was done because we realized I needed a complete new radiator due to a third burst in the pipe at the other end. Thankfully we could this quickly. I still had to pay for the visit, which I understand and am fine with. They were very professional and helped me understand what I need to do. I gave a B only because of the mix up in the beginning. I was standing around in the freezing cold for 3 hours before someone arrived.

There was no charge for that. All I had to do was pay for my initial inspection and prognosis. They came in a gave me a brand new sink that is compatible to the one I had in there and it is of very good quality. They provided a very good service and it was prompt. I would highly recommend them again.They were prompt, courteous, professional, hands down and I would definitely use them again for my rental property.

Technician repaired toilet and have had no issues since. Friendly and punctual. I have called Premier Plumbing on 4 separate occasions for myself and my rental properties. They are always willing to call my Tenants to schedule and bill me accordingly. I never have to call them on the same service call. It's done right the first time!

Quick service, low cost, and detailed description of what was to be done and completed with cost. After inspection was completed the service man gave me the cost for the part number if I purchased it through him but, I purchased the part on-line and the service man will come back out to install at a later date once part comes in. I will use them again in the near future and recommend them to others to use if needed. Cost and quickness is excellent would highly recommend them to anyone. Tony

this company is super. they come when they say they are going to be here. they are easy to make appointments with and are extremely responsive to your needs. their technical staff is professioanl, courteous and knowledgable. they are honest and keep ypu informed. i will use them for all my plumbing needs in the future

It was very good. They came out the following day so they were prompt and were very efficient.

It was wonderful. Their pricing was extremely reasonable. The guy that came in was extremely friendly and just seem like he wasn't trying to rip me off or anything. The work was excellent, it wasn't leaking anymore.

Excellent response time! Highly professional staff understood the issue and was able to provide a price quote over the phone and a time estimate for arrival. We called them at 12noon and was informed that someone would be out to address the issue between 2 and 4pm. Prior to arrival, the technician called to let us know that he was on the way and his estimated time. Once he arrived, he was able to identify the problem and correct the issue within 30mins. Very professional job and friendly! Will be using this company again in the future.

This was great - we reached out to several companies, and Premier was able to come out to us right away. The repair tech came out, figured out the problem in about 5- 10 minutes and had it fixed shortly after wards. He even tested the plumbing after fixing several times vs. just once.

He was friendly. He tells me what I needed if things didn't work. We open things up and fix things and sometimes he gets surprised and we had a few. He fixed everything and it's fine. So far, so good. I have to give him an A for effort. This last issue, it was a callback but I don't think the first guy realized the depth of the problem so I can't really give them anything negative for that. It was reasonable. They charge by a hundred dollars an hour which everybody does around here. All the stuff was excellent. This guy's name was Ed. We've had 3 plumbers now. I'd give him A's on all of it.

With the first company-I always felt like they were waiting for me to tell them what to do. They never pinpointed where the water was coming from that was leaking into the crawl space-so they never knew if it was more than 1 issue they were dealing with. When they snaked the line, they did so until they found very small roots-at about the 20' mark...but they didn't go all the way to the city line-which is what they should've done. They weren't very thorough. I kept thinking "I should've thought of that..." but I was expecting the Experts to know! Then I called Premier Plumbing. Wow-what a pleasure to deal with. I explained what we'd been thru to date-in dealing with this clog (since 7 May!), so they had the benefit of knowing what had happened previously. I let the Premier folks know I wanted the line scoped and snaked-out to the city line. Fortunately that distance is probably around the 50-60'-well within reach of a 100' snake. Premier sent a tech out Thurs. morning (5/21) at 8:30. Ray snaked the line and hit the clog at around the 42' mark; then he scoped the line and found a break-at about the same point. Seems the terra cotta pipe had become dislodged, causing an offset-which was what was causing the clog. So Ray was the guy who got us up and running again. Hallelujah! :) I had been doing only the minimal amount of laundry, and washing limited amount of dishes by hand before this point, so this was quite the relief! Ray was conscientious about keeping things clean, so there was plastic sheeting laid out where he was walking between the back door and the downstairs bathroom, and where he had been working in the crawl space. The next task was to locate the pipe-which Ray did-although it took a hand dug hole about 3' deep by 2' wide by approx 18" long. Later in the afternoon Ray was called away, so Premier sent young Dalton out to finish digging and replacing the section of terra cotta that had been dislodged. Dalton arrived and set to finishing the job-by 4:30 he had dug about half way to the city line, and had exposed the terra cotta hubs that needed to be replaced. Then he pointed out that the condition of the remaining terra cotta line was likely similar to what had already been exposed, and suggested that it might be worth the time and expense to replace all the terrra cotta with PVC. I have to say, Dalton is a young guy, but he got that hole dug in short order, and based on what he saw, made very reasonable recommendations. I was very pleased with the work he did, he is a very squared away young man. Having had to deal with this challenge, and the issues involved with other plumbing companies, I decided to go ahead and have the work done-but I didn't get to that decision until later in the afternoon, so Dalton wrapped up for the day and arrangements were made to complete the job today (5/22). Dalton was not able to return this morning, but I've been in contact with the company, and they have a senior tech who will finish the job and will coordinate with the city to complete the inspection. I have been very pleased with the folks I've spoken with at Premier-from Miss Yvonne who has been the one answering my calls (even before 8 am this morning), to the techs who've done the work at the house. These folks are professional, they are prompt, and they are a pleasure to work with-because I feel confident that I don't have to be the 'expert', They are. :) I would recommend them highly, and I would absolutely work with them again.

Excellent Experience. I called late in the workday for a plumbing emergency (blocked main line). They told me it would be extra money for the job as it was after hours (a courteous heads up I thought) but sent someone immediately to my house. Upon arriving, I explained the issue inside my house and also pointed to a puddle in my front yard indicating I knew it was a main blockage. The serviceman (Ed) said "That's on the city side of your line...call them and they'll fix it for free". Wonderful advice, and it worked perfectly. Furthermore Ed, spent 10 minutes of his time schooling me up on sewer and plumbing facts about my house...all at no charge. A wonderful experience. They'll get my business in the future. Thanks!

He was professional and came last minute to clear our drain line from the house to the street. Recieved a quote a few hours earlier that was more than double the price from a larger well known company to do the exact same thing. So glad we waited.

I initial contacted Premier to help troubleshoot a problem with a sewer line. I was initially quoted a price on the phone to perform a service which I described in detail. The individual I spoke with quoted me an exact price. I then called back later to schedule the work and spoke to another individual. Again, I described the problems I had in great detail to make sure there was a good understanding of my problem so I could get an accurate price on the services I needed. Again, this individual also quoted me the exact same price so I felt comfortable with Premier and scheduled the work. During performance of the required service it became apparent that the technician was not capable of troubleshooting my problem. In fact, if a friend of mine had not been there to direct him through the process of what needed to be done to troubleshoot the issues, I do not think the problem would have been resolved at all. The fact that the technician did not understand what needed to be done made this process take much longer than it should have. We found him to be unprofessional and not qualified to resolve our problems. When the services were finally completed the technician presented us with a bill which was significantly more than we were initially quoted. I then called the office to dispute the charges, but they would not reduce the charges and were relentless and demanding that the payment be made that day. I made the payment and promised them that I would never call them again. I have dealt with Roto-Rooter in the past and found them to be much more professional, curtious, and reasonably priced.

I got a very fast response. Ed came by and was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed the problem, explained what it would take to fix and answered all my questions. I was VERY happy with his help. As a result we decided to pay for his visit and begin to remodel the bath.

My kitchen sink backed up when I stuffed a bunch of grape leaves into the garbage disposal. The clog was way down the line, and I tried using a 25' drain auger and couldn't clear it. I called Elite Plumbing because I had used them before, and Frank Mills recommended Premier Plumbing for unclogging drains. I called Premier Plumbing, expecting them to tell me tomorrow or the next day because there was a torrential rain outside and I assumed they would be slammed. To my great surprise, they told me they could have someone out within 3 hours! They were true to their word, and within 3 hours Ed arrived. He was very experienced, having owned his own company that installed drains. He assessed the situation, made sure to put covers down by the front door and next to the sink, and then got to work with an industrial grade auger. He snaked it all the way to the main line, reassembled the drain, and tested it out. It worked fine. Overall, it was a very satisfactory experience. The price might seem a little high, but it was worth it to get someone out there right away. I would definitely use them again.

Great! We had an overflow emergency and called late in the day on a Friday. We thought we were going to have to pay extra for after hours, but they called to say they could get it in earlier than expected, so we didn't have to pay the after hour fee. They did not have to do that, so we really appreciated it! The guy that came out was seemed very competent and was very patient while he searched for a clean out to my main drain that was covered up with landscaping. He was thorough and waited for me to run a load of laundry to make sure it didn't overflow again. He also discussed a previous plumber's suggestion (to reroute my entire plumbing to avoid the tree roots in the future - about $5-6K worth of work that would demolish very expensive landscaping) and told me they could do a spot repair to fix the seal on the pipe that was letting roots in... a fraction of the cost without ruining my walkway and landscaping! As someone who knows nothing about plumbing, I appreciate his honesty instead of trying to sucker me into a huge and unnecessary job.

We had a major backup in our drain lines late on a Saturday night. We had used Premier plumbing before and gave them a call. They had a plumber out within the time promised and he was able to unclog the main line. He did a great job and gave us an excellent price on the work. I would recommend Premier plumbing to anyone. They will continue to be my first choice for all my plumbing needs!

I called Premier back and told them what the City had found, and the plumber said he was on a call, and he would get to us as soon as he could. He called me back several times keeping me apprised of his progress and when he would be able to work on my problem. He came at 2am, and went right to work. He had been on the job since 7 the previous morning, yet he was energetic, knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. He found the clog about 40 feet into the line, cleared it. Great job, under poor conditions!

Our kitchen sink was clogged and caused the laundry room to flood. Tony was at our house within two hours of our initial phone call and had the problem solved quicky, even with having to go into our crawl space. Would definitely use Premier Plumbing and Tony again.
