Description of Work: I called their 24 hr service center late at night with a non-emergency leaking shower faucet. The service took a message and the office called me promptly at opening time the next morning. They immediately dispatched a plumber to the house who arrived right when they said he would. He quickly assessed the job, gave me an estimate, which I approved, and then left to get a new shower valve. They returned in the amount of time stated and proceeded to install the new valve. They did a great job, including cleanup. The whole job took about 4 hours, so for 8 hrs labor (2 people) plus the cost of the new shower valve, faucet, shower head, etc., I thought it was a fair price. The only thing I had to do was patch the drywall where they had to cut out to get to the valve. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Description of Work: Water heater problem that they troubleshot with the manufacturer over the phone. Problem took care of itself. 1 1/2 hrs spent on the phone with manufacturer and problem could not be replicated. Only issue I have with the company was that they took over one hour attempting to replicate problem and couldn't. Charged seemed excessive. No reason why I would not otherwise use them again.

 + -1 moreIn the end, they worked about 45 minutes to an hour to clean it out and everything was fine after that. Even though it was a weekend call out, they actually saved us money. Because we didn't know where the main clean out was, the plumber that we turned away quoted us nearly $900 total for the job (without weekend rates) because he wanted to dig out the yard and install a new, two-way clean out for $600+ and then use the snake to clear out the sewer line saying that it was the easiest and most efficient way to handle it. In our discussion, Anthony did make a similar recommendation, but opted to use the rooftop method with his partner. In looking at how they handled it, it feels like the other plumber was just trying to drum up more work and more money instead of thinking about alternative ways to handle the situation. I certainly appreciate the work that these guys did for me on such short notice, especially on their days off and I can certainly recommend them. The two that came to my house clearly understood what needed to be done and how best to do it.
Description of Work: I had a main sewer line clog. We didn't know where our main clean out was (or even if we had one on this old house), but I referred to them by another plumber who said that they handled this type of work well. I called them on a Sunday around 1pm and Anthony and another worker were at my house by 2:30. When I explained the problem to Anthony, he knew exactly how to deal with it and explained the different methods he would consider in troubleshooting it. Without knowing where the main clean out was, they went into our sewer line through the roof using the sewer's air intake. Both men were very professional and knowledgable which made a difference to us. Even though it was a weekend and we paid more because if it (and because two workers were needed), Anthony's straightforward explanations were outstanding. We had turned away another plumber the day before who didn't seem to have the knowledge or experience about the different methods.
