I recently hired Precision Foundation Construction for a brick-laying project, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Excellent fast perfect

The slab was laid, and the sidewalk was laid, however, during the process, their workmanship was a problem. They splattered concrete on the side of the house, patio doors and the side door entrance of the garage (which was never removed). Also, they cut the cable line and I found out a few days later that the sprinkler system lines that feeds zones 4,5, and 6 were cut with their digging, even though I had marked the line and told them not to dig near the marked area. I paid to have all damages repaired. When the job was finished, I had to call several times to get the framing removed and when they said they were coming, they did not come until the next day. About two weeks after the slab was laid, it developed several cracks and chips. I call them and the owner sent someone out to repair it, however, he did a very bad job on the repair, and I sent the owner a picture and asked if he would be satisfied with that job. I then requested a partial refund which I suggested we settle with $300, by close of business day on Thursday June 20th. I later found out it would take more to repair the cracks, but I was going to stick with what we had agreed on. However, he failed to do it, even though he agreed to. After he missed the deadline again, I text him that legal action would be taken and said amount agreed on was no longer an option. He never responded and that was when I found out that the address on file was not a good one and not sure if the name was either.

I absolutely love my patio floor! Mr. Jerome was very professional and informative. He catered to wants.
