+ -1 moreJohn did a great job. Answered the phone when I called to ask about pricing and scheduling. He seemed very personable and professional. He came out today and did a great job on our home. We no longer have rust stains or mildew growing. I will definitely be calling him again!

+ 0 morePaul arrived early and got right to work power washing the entire house. This was the 1st time the entire house would be power washed, so it was dirty. He completed the power washing in about 1 and 1/2 hours and proceeded to paint the 2nd floor shutters. After he left, the house looked great!

+ 1 moreJohn and staff were so professional. From the first day, he promptly returned every call, answered every question and even tolerated me changing colors without one complaint. He re-painted one side of the house (I changed colors), and refused to charge me an extra fee. The house and deck stain are beautiful. I am so pleased with their work. Oh, did I mention Performance Under Pressure was by far the lowest bid I obtained. What a great find!

+ 1 moreJohn replaced several plank boards that had warped with age. He also repaired parts of the hand railing that hand warped. He thoroughly pressured washed deck and applied high quality stain. He showed up exactly when he said he would and finished up on schedule. When he was finished the deck looked brand new!! Overall, very impressive work and exceptionally reasonable rates. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to others.
