Great. Mr. Parker showed up prepared and at the time promised. The GFCI problem was intermittent and we're not able to reproduce it. By describing the problem to Mr. Parker, he was able to quickly make some guesses about what the problem could be and address it. We also quickly and efficiently found out which breakers tripped which outlets in the house. Mr. Parker came prepared with a book full of labels designed specifically for this purpose. Our previous labels were unreadable and out-of-date. Mr. Parker also noticed that we kept a refrigerator in the garage and created a new circuit for it to prevent it from overloading another circuit. He installed a new breaker, wired it, and added a receptacle and outlet for it. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about his work. We've already discussed future work with him and look forward to using his services.

All work was completed quickly and professionally. Mr. Parker was very clear in his communications with me, and kept me updated on his arrival time. I had asked for the latest possible start time to accommodate my work schedule, and he was very adaptable. Knowing my preference for a later start, he called to confirm that it was acceptable to me if he diverted to another job first - it was not only fine for me, but showed that he was attentive to my preferences, and could make adjustments on the fly. Great communications, professional work, and very fair prices for materials - I could not have asked for better. I have already shared his contact information with a neighbor who needs some electrical work done, and would happily seek his services again myself.

Repair was very through and complete. We needed a new breaker installed and this was accomplished very professionally. Additionaly Jason installed two light fixtures in our bathroom.. Jason is very pleasant to work with and is very professional. We could not be more happy with his work and at a great price as well..

Jason was very professional and hard working. The only complaint I might have is he was suppose to contact my engineer at Dominion Power and he didn't so my work order with Dominion Power was cancelled. But when I addressed the matter with them they explained that he has the Dominion Power book that explains the specifications needed so he didn't have to contact the engineer. The only recommendation I would have is to contact the customer and let them know you decided to not call the engineer. Over all the work was excellent and I would definitely use him again.

Jason Parker's work was amazing! He came out on Sunday to give me an estimate since I couldn't make it during the week. Scheduled him the next day since he was $230 less than another quote I had received for half the work. Ran the conduit and cabling around the back side of my new pergola and did an amazing job of hiding it as best as possible. Work was professionally completed and done quickly. He even ran over on the material estimate he quoted me but stayed to the quoted price. (I wired and hung the fans myself, though he would have done that, too.) If you're looking for a friendly, honest, reasonably priced, and hard working electrician here in Chesapeake, Jason Parker is your guy!! Definitely will use him again for other home projects in the future.

He took the time to inform me of the code and the possible upgrades I was going to have to go through. He explained step by step what was going to happen and the cost of what I was expecting to get. I liked that he broke down the cost of each part that he was looking to replace. The pricing was pretty fair. I had a few other inspections. They were all pretty much around the same. He was able to take his time to do the inspection. It was a short notice request and he was able to squeeze me in. He was able to find time for me. He was an hour early. He was very competent on what the codes are in the city that I am in. He was professionally dressed and he conducted himself professionally. He was awesome. I am probably going to use him.

Jason was great. He was prompt, professional, and a great guy as a bonus. He was hired in conjunction with the installation of my new HVAC system because my old breaker box would not support the new system. He brought the whole system up to par and them went beyond by adding whole house surge protection. I will be hiring Jason for any electrical work I need in the future.

Jason Parker is amazing. He not only did a great job installing the electrical portion of our new HVAC system, but he did so in such a way that some of our existing overall electrical issues were resolved, and he went the extra mile by informing us about how the other issues can be resolved. We're very happy with the overall HVAC job, so this isn't to take away from the people who did the other aspects, but Jason was the highlight of the overall job. When we needed a follow-up detail taken care of, he got ti done same-day. We weren't the ones who hired him this time, but we will be hiring him next time. He's now "our" electrician.

Parker Electric completed in a timely and professional fashion the following: they installed electrical conduit, they wired circuit breakers and two new electrical outlets. I was very pleased with the job and I am already planning on using Parker Electric for an upcoming job I am planning for the near future.

Mr. Parker was punctual, getting to the house within 5 minutes of the time he had told me to expect him. He worked quickly and efficiently, getting the job done in one day. His prices are reasonable and his invoices are detailed. Mr. Parker is friendly and explains what he is doing throughout the process. I have personally used his services multiple times and have recommended him to family and friends. If I ever need more electric work of any kind done, he will be the first I call!
