WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS USED AND PROFESSIONALISM OF INSTALLERS. THE OWNER, DAN ODOM, MET WITH AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED TO BE SURE WE WERE SATISFIED.

I have a 3 ton gas pack unit. My air condition part of the unit stopped working yesterday afternoon. I didn’t discover that until around 10 o’clock last night when the house started getting hot. Apparently the lawn mowing service that I have had pulled electrical cord away from the unit when mowing the grass and mangled up the the wires. The customer service representative was able to get someone out to my house today at noon. The technician whose name was Danny Jr. Was awesome he found the problem right away was able to fix it in a short period of time and I feel like he went beyond what any other tech would have done to resolve the problem to where it wouldn’t happen again. He was very professional. Courteous and a very nice guy. The price was very reasonable so I was very pleased with everything.

My initial call was returned within 15 minutes. The technician explained what he thought the problem was based on the information I gave him and gave me a quote over the phone. He was able to come out right away. He diagnosed the problem and made the repair in a timely fashion. The cost was exactly what he had quoted me on the phone. The technician (Danny) was polite, professional, and friendly. I would definitely use Ocean Air again.

ESTIMATE WAS WELL INLINE , VERY DETAILED ESTIMATE AND THEY LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS. THE UNITS ALSO QUALIFIED FOR TAX CREDITS AND THEY SENT THE FORMS AS WELL. Emailed Dan on 2/13 to schedule an estimate for duct sealing. We agreed on 2/22/13 at 8am and I took a vacation day off work to meet him. He was a no show on the 22nd. He emailed me several hours after he no showed and apologized and said he wrote it down for the 24th, he would see me then if that was good. I told him the 24th was Sunday, I am off work so I would see him then. Again....no Dan and no Ocean Air Heating. I emailed him and asked him what happened. He said he didn't work Sunday, I would need to reschedule (this is the day he told me!). Lastly I said I could meet him Saturday. he never responded. I give up. Disappointed. Very unprofessional behavior.

They are very clean and they are really nice guys. They are very professional. Overall we are extremely happy with everything they have done for us. My daughter is autistic and has bad allergies. They took extra care to be sure her room was well taken care of.
