+ -1 moreI made an appointment on June 4th for a 6 hour cleaning to be done on July 17th (with a Groupon purchase) to have my house cleaned and I tried to call the day before to confirm but their mailbox was full and I was unable to leave a message. I have not been able to get through to a live person and have since asked Groupon to try to rectify the situation but have not heard back yet. I was offered a refund, but I wanted my house cleaned, not a refund. I am flexible about a reschedule and am hopeful that they will get back to me.
