From the estimate made by Jule West to the installation, the process went very well. The attention to detail and professionalism was top notch. I was not hounded to make a quick decision and the estimate was a work-in-process as I wasn't sure what I wanted. Jule came up with the best idea for installing the sliding glass door so that we didn't have to move any electrical (which made their bid much lower than the competition). Their lifetime guarantee is really worth the extra price that is paid--especially with 4 kids like us who may send an occasional baseball through the window! I highly recommend this company!

Excellent initial contact. Everything was thoroughly explained. Our cost was higher because we had extras added on like colonial grilles and special glass for the bathroom windows. We knew it would be expensive. The windows are of such good quality I didn't mind paying the money. We have a life-time warranty, as long as we own the house, the windows will be replaced at no cost if broken. (this is a plus since we live on a golf course) The 2 man team really took care of the interior and exterior of the house as they worked. They were excellent. Mr. Hamrick inspected the windows when completed. Everything went well and we were given a discount by paying cash/check/credit card.

I visited the show room looking for 1 window to replace by Thanksgiving Day. I spoke with a very nice gentleman regarding just my 1 window. He was Very eager to help. He advised me to get some measurements for him and he would check to see if the window was available in his warehouse. If the window was available in his warehouse, he would be able to come out and replace the window by Thanksgiving. I got the measurement and called back. I left a voicemail because it was outside of business hours. I assumed he was not going to call me back because it was just one window; however, I was wrong. To my surprise, he called me back to advise me that he didn't have the window in the warehouse and offered alternatives. This may seem small to many, but this was HUGE Customer Service to me. Considering it was just one window, he still treated me as if I was needing to replace many. I was Impressed with his service for a small job. Most companies probably would not have called back. Thank you, Mr. Rogers. Very nice showroom.

Mr. Rogers windows sent a gentleman by the name of Mr. Ashley Hamrick for the initial appraisal. Great guy. Ashley was very thorough in his presentation at our home and invited us to the showroom to have a look at a few extra items that he could not bring along because of size. Ashley made us feel welcome and sold us on Mr. Rogers windows. The install went smoothly. The guys who showed up were as good at installing the window as Ashley was selling the window to us. The window opening was not perfectly square, but the guys were able to overcome that obstacle nicely and fit the into place like it was built for that opening. Ashley even stopped by to check on the progress. The guys cleaned as they went, and when they left, the only way you could tell they had been there was the new window in place. Great job team! I plan on using Mr. Rogers again next year for more window replacement. I highly recommend these folks.

They did a great job. We didn't have to do anything after they were finished.

The estimate process was painless and they gave me many options to consider prior to ordering the products. On installation day, they arrived on time, constantly cleaned up, and did a wonderful job of installation. They made sure that the job was completed in one day so I did not have to miss another day of work even though it meant staying a bit late for them. They were highly professional and I plan to use them soon to replace my siding and 2 more doors.

They were extremely professional. They were very clean when they took out the old windows. I could tell that they were not rushing to get the work done. It took 3 or 4 days. I had an issue with one of the windows and they fixed it as soon as I called them. The clean up was really good and I was impressed with that. It could get really messy but they cleaned up after doing one window. I spent $20,000 on that work. The price was a little high, but I felt I got excellent service.

It was great and they did a very nice job. They were very fast, efficient and clean. They were good. They came when they had scheduled. The work was performed as described and they were on time. They said they were going to be here at a certain time and they came at that time. They said they were going to work for a certain number of hours. They also said that they were going to do a certain level of work and they did those things. They did that much work. When they were done, everything was done right from what we can tell. They also cleaned up everyday. We spent about $13000 for having all our windows done. The windows are of good quality, but they are a little pricey. In fact, we intend to use them again in the future.

I had neighbors who had used their services before and were very happy with them and they recommended them to me. They were top notch. They are expensive.

It was all really very good. They came on the day that they said they were going to come on. They came out on time. I like their productivity. I would recommend them. I would use them again in the future if needed.

Representative came in June to take measurements and materials were ordered. Everything was installed in three days in September. Extremely pleased with all personnel and with installers.

As in the past, the installers were prompt and did an excellent job. The work was top notch!

My interaction with them was good. They were pricey but we got value for money. I didn?t call any other companies for estimates. It would have been three quarters of what we paid if I had to go with someone else but I wouldn?t have dealt well with them. They showed up when they said they would. They did what they said they would do. I am satisfied with their work and the quality of the product.

They were installed on time and fitted perfectly. My window blinds were re-positioned and any marks on the wall were cleaned. The operation of the windows was demonstrated but as I am elderly I immediately forgot these instructions. However II have not had reason to open them. One thing I do not like is the insect screen covering the entire window. It obstructs my view especially when it rains.

They did a very good job of removing our old windows and upon request set aside the best sashes for us to keep. In addition, they left us an entire roll of the blue colored window wrapping in case the color is discontinued in the future and we need it extra for replacing damaged sections. They cleaned up well as they worked, were on time, and were very professional and friendly. The windows are pricy, but the quality and the service is absolutely great.

The windows were on the expensive side of the contractors that I got quotes from but I chose Mr. Rogers Windows because they had a lot of experience in my neighborhood and with old houses. I also had no problem with getting approval from the Historical Architectural Review Board. Installation took two days and went very smoothly. The workers were very professional and took extra time to make sure things were cleaned up and put back in place.

I am currently doing a price comparison with them and another company but I think I will go with that other company. The estimate that I got from Mr. Rogers was $17000 and the other company gave me a bid for $12000. They were very cordial and professional. I didn?t use their services because of the price difference but they were really nice. One reason as to why Mr. Rogers was more expensive was because they use fiberglass windows. It was supposed to be in vinyl and fiberglass and fiberglass windows are better but I still went with the other company. I hope that I don?t need to use their services again.

I didn't end up going with them. They were very professional and on top of things. They gave me a lot of good information and they had a good proposal. Their price was over twice what I ended up paying. The quality of the door they were giving me was much higher than the rest of the doors in my house. They are definitely high quality and professional, but on the high end for price.

Mr Rogers is definitely not the cheapest alternative for replacement windows, which caused me to shop around and delay the project for a time. However, I believe this is a case of you get what you pay for. First, the windows are Renewal by Anderson and are top quality replacement windows. The installation team is very professional, very courteous and went out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. They answered all my questions. They cleaned up behind themselves and when they left you could not tell they were here. It is just like the commerical says, they do all their work in their truck and not in your yard. They take all the old windows and debris with them. While the window quality and the window installation is very important, and was done flawlessly, the most impressive part for me was the vinyl wrap of the trim. I had my house wrapped a few years back and I could see some of the short cuts that were taken. These Mr Rogers folks do it correctly. Every bend is correct, every joint is precise, and the finished product is a quality, attractive product. I wish I could have them re-wrap my entire house. We are very satisfied with the new windows. We are really impressed with the decrease in outside noise with these windows. No more road noise, no rattling storm windows, no condensation on the windows.

Professional sales rep. Called to say he would be a few minutes late. Knew very early on that my requirements were well under what his company provided. Didn't try to hard sell, advised several alternatives.

They are very expesince. highy; professional. kknow what they are doing. There is service after the sale. Good group to work with. The product is excelent.

They were wonderful, fantastic and great. It could not have been better. Their communication and punctuality were perfect. The price was high but they definitely gave us what we paid for.

The entire experience was wonderful, especially the installation (two days). The workers that installed the windows were professional in every way. I highly recommend them! The price wasn't cheap though. I could have got cheaper windows from another company but I decided to go with Mr. Rogers because I wanted the Anderson quality. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

When we first moved in, we knew we had to do something about the windows in our house. During the summer you could feel the air conditioning flowing out side and once fall hit, the cold air wasn't be kept out. We approached Mr. Rogers Windows because they offered doors and Anderson windows. The representative came out late in the evening to accomodate our schedule. He went over all the information throughly including information about the company, the product, the warrenty and payment options. Our windows are 80 inches tall so he made sure we wouldn't need safety glass in order to be in code. Our budget didn't allow us to order new doors at the time, but the rep. was gracious about it. When the two workers came out, they wore protective footwear, moved the furniture and cleaned up after themselves. It took a week for install but it didn't interfere with our lives at all! We only needed to be home the first day of install and back on the last day so we could be shown how to properly open and clean the windows. We wanted to save some of the old windows, so the installers carefully stored them in the garage. I left my cat shut in a room while they went in and out. She is normally skittish but had no problems while they were here. We were completely thrilled with the new windows! The warrenty covers window replacement if it gets broke for ANY reason. This past summer 6/2009 a neighbor put a rock through our screen and window with a lawn mower. I called Mr. Rogers Windows, they ordered a replacement window and screen and installed it within a couple weeks no questions asked!
