The salesperson, Jule West presented himself in a very professional manner. He was very pleasant. We had a lot of questions and he was very informative and is very knowledgeable of his product. He was able to explain everything in a way that we could fully understand. He explained the warranties to us. When we had a problem they came out within 5 days to address it. The workers were very proficient and clean and neat. No debris was left anywhere. We didn't have to clean up or do anything. The installers were always on time. I would highly recommend their service with a 5 star.

Have not decided to hire this company yet due to wait time on installation and pricing.

They sent out 3 men, they installed them from outside. The window in the kitchen has a gap on the right side. Another window has a They took out the old windows, they left ragged edges on a window, they came out and fixed that. when u put a window in there is a difference in the what you are hearing from the outside and inside, and they said there was nothing they could do. I just couldn't believe it, though about getting a lawyer, and other options. I would definitely not recommend them. The Gaps are still in my windows.

Mr. Rogers started the process by a crew member calling us and stating that they had just left their home base in Chesapeake and should arrive at our home in about 30 minutes. They did appear in about 30 minutes, with another crew arriving a short time later. They immediately started the removal process. All the crew members were highly professional and they knew exactly what to do. The crew members were very friendly and provided any information that we requested. The removal process went very smoothly and the installation of the new door and windows was extremely professional. All trash and discarded material were completely removed. I didn't have to ask if any workers were subcontractors, since it was obvious to me and my wife that they were actual, permanent employees. In the afternoon Mr. Rogers visited to see how the replacement job was coming. In my opinion, here is a man who took a definite interest in his customers and to his crew. He was very friendly and was open to any question. He stated that there was a life time guarantee on the replacement and to notify him immediately if a problem exists. He also called us later to make sure that we were satisfied. I strongly recommend Mr. Rogers for installing your replacement windows.

It was fabulous. The crew did a great job. The windows are great. I had a great experience with them. They are super expensive but the quality is fantastic. All the installers were very nice, very knowledgeable. We did a a lot of custom stuff and tempered and with tinting and girds between the windows. It was a huge job. Some of the guys went above and beyond. I Love the windows. They were fantastic. There is a life time replacement.

A very smooth process from initial consult to installation. We are very happy with the professionalism of the design consultant, the service manager, and the people installing the windows. Always will to answer any questions. We love the new windows and door.

I am writing because I was very impressed with the customer service I received.One of the two locks on the front door they installled last year sudddenly seemed to be catching and would not slide into the door frame.I called them and within 3 hours they were here to fix the problem . My door works perfectly again !! That is great customer service.

Although the job was signed off by the service manager in December 2013, many of the windows bowed so much that you could see outside through gaps between the sash and frame. Several widows were also installed crooked. We had 24 windows installed and 6 months later all 24 had to be re-installed because of VERY POOR workmanship. Apparently for window installation, shims are supposed to be installed at the top, the middle, and the bottom of each frame. On the first installation in December, only the middle shims were done. The company advertises "certified installers" as stated on their website under the "support and protection" tab and then "installation". They obviously "self" certify because the standard of service we received was no where close to what Mr. Rogers advertised. Mr. Rogers does guarantee their work, but it took almost 6 months for them to come back and fix the problem. We had to have installers at our house for almost another week re-installing the windows. To add insult to injury when asked to provide some sort of compensation/discount for our inconvenience, we were accused of "not having the money to pay for the work" by Gerry Rogers himself! INSULTING!!! Also, when we came to an agreement for a discount, we were told in no uncertain terms that if we perused any "social media retribution" he would be forced to take legal action against us. He told us he recorded our phone call and that if we did not pay the balance within one week, he would place a lien against our house. Although the Renewal by Andersen Windows are of very high quality, I would never EVER recommend this company to anyone!

My experience with them was very good. They were exceptional.

I like the quality of the product. I like the quality of the workmanship. They are very skilled. They're not somebody they borrowed in off the street corner just to stick a piece of wood in a whole. They were very professional. It was very well done. They were very well trained. I was very well satisfied.

They were fantastic. What stood out was the quality of the installation, workmanship.

It was a mixed experience. I had trouble with the salesman. The installation crew were beyond comparison. They were fabulous. They found minuscule problem with things that we never would have seen and needed a replacement part. It was a free estimate but it was a kind of a hard press sales thing. There was no time to think about it. The deal was day kind of thing. We were going to get them but it was a lot of money. I would recommend that the installation crew were really great. I would tell not to talk to their salesman. I found out that you can request for an installation crew and I would tell them to request their crew but not their salesman. Half of the experience was good and half of it was bad. The price was really expensive. They always came when they said they would. I think I would do more research into pricing before I would use them again.

It was a very good experience. They did a nice job. I have no complaints at all. They were little higher than some others, but the quality of their windows is very good. The quality and workmanship is a lot better than that. They were very professional and I was very happy with them. They were good all around. I would use this provider again.

Everything went well. They had to have the Painter come back to finish. The painter was outstanding. We love the windows. Well worth every penny.

On time service. Carried off old windows, and cleaned up after. Super sales people, and installers!

Our new front door and windows are beautiful. The installers did a great job. They were meticulous with their work and cleaned up after themselves. This is our second time using Mr. Rogers and we will absolutely use them again.

Underestimated the job and did not send enough folks to complete job on time. However, Mr Rogers was responsive to our concerns and made good with getting the job done. There were some challenges experienced after the job was completed however, as Mr Rogers guarantees his work and windows for life, he came through and completed the necessary work. The windows and doors are of excellent quality and Mr Rogers backs his product with a full lifetime warranty as stated so you get what you pay for.

I have never experienced such lack of professionalism in my entire life. I simply called to get a consultation and the whole experience was frustrating. Firstly, Dion Sanders, who answered the phone was friendly but inept. Secondly, Mr. Bruce Johnson who is supposed to be in sales is only concerned with explaining how they are the "cadillac service" and "can you afford us". My house is an average price for the area...I'm sure he looked up the house online and decided he would push the pricing issue so they wouldn't have to do an average house....Wow! I like to buy good products and service. And sometimes you have to pay for it! I get it. If you were such an excellent company you would offer "Cadillac service" at a reasonable price and not simply reinforce "your going to get excellent service because your going to pay for it". Though their work may be good, their sales staff is misguided at best! I would not want to be associated with this company! Definitely the sleazy 80's car salesman treatment!

The sales consultant very professional and pretty much sold me on the high cost when he explained Mr. Rogers lifetime guarantee and that installation would include replacing any rotten wood in the window framing - and also, should there be rotten wood below any windows that needed replacing, that Mr. Roger' installers would take are of that as well (at a very reasonable extra cost). I knew my 65-year old beach house would likely need this extra attention and it turned out that most all window sills/framing needed some or most wood replaced, and four men had to practically rebuild an exterior wall under three of my windows (new framing, insulation, cedar siding, etc) Needless to day, I was SO glad I didn't hire some company that could have potentially halted the window installation until I found another contractor to do all of that!) It did take a couple of months for the windows to be fabricated, and as it ended up, the large bay window was measured incorrectly, resulting in a further delay of almost two months. However, due to the inconvenience of that delay, Mr. Roger's credited my account for the (considerable) extra carpentry work they ended up having to do elsewhere - which to me, was fair compensation. Mr. Roger's installers did very professional work that seemed to be of the highest quality - and in freezing cold weather! Since I had so many windows, they scheduled me 5 days for installation, and the installation manager came and checked on the job a couple of times - included a final visit (at my request) to assure me that my new windows would open as easily in the hot summer months even though there were installed in below-freezing weather. EVERYONE at Mr. Roger's Windows was great to deal with - professional, responsive, helpful, and even reassuring as I questioned one thing or another during the process. But their product and service is outstanding, and I'd recommend them to anybody.

It went very well. They showed up on time, took care to protect the area around where they were working and cleaned up when finished. The materials were excellent quality and the installation was too. Lots of attention to detail paid to final trim work.

The windows are very high quality. It seems very expensive but it's a very high quality window and they guarantee the installation. The window is covered for as long as you own the home for breakage for whatever reason. I think it's too much money but they're the only show in town. They give you the price upfront so everything is included but the work includes cutting the rot that's in the old wood framing of the old windows out and replacing that and then in the event that you have a problem in the future, they'll fix it for free. It's part of the price. They called back right away. You can go in and look at the windows in their office. They're very responsive. You have to wait a while to get your windows in because they're very busy. I think they have 5 or 7 crews who go out and work everyday just installing windows and they also do doors. They're very busy. They have worked with the company to design a specific design of window and it's a combination of fiberglass and wood. It's a composite window. The glass stops over 99% of ultraviolet radiation from getting through or the light itself so it really does a good job keeping your house from getting too hot in summer time. That is only available through them. They're very professional. They are class A builders. I don't think anybody sells anything like that. Mr. Rogers sells one kind of window so I like that. I'd definitely use them again. If I needed new front door at some point, I'm gonna have Mr. Rogers do it. When they installed the windows, one of the windows was broken and one had a scratch on it and there was another window that we thought that the frame of the window that split up and down was scratched, it turned out that was just dirty but he immediately ordered replacements for all those. We picked a day for him to come and he came and he just popped it right in. That's pretty impressive.

In 2001-2002, Mr Rogers replaced all my windows, 17 of them, with Anderson replacement windows because of the great experience I had with them in a rental property in New Jersey when stationed there. Fast forward to 2013 when I had them replace the double hung windows in the kitchen with a slider. I wanted to keep the old kitchen windows so I could put them in the garage at a later date. After a "bump in the road" because of incorrectly done electrical work in 1985, Mr Roger's found me a great company to fix the problem, Electric Surges LLC,. After that, they were able to install the left over kitchen windows in my garage. The install went great and the "old" windows look great in their new home, the garage. Thank you Mr Roger's for your great crew that did the install - the windows look beautiful!

I would rate my overall experience with them as a "D." We purchased the doors in September of 2013 and it is still not finished. Every time they have come out they are missing a piece or the piece they have is wrong and we have been waiting and waiting. They are coming out again on March 15th, because every time they schedule to come out it is like a month later from the day they were here. They have been out three or four times now and they are always missing pieces. Every time we have an issue, we get a hold of the salesman and he does what he can to help us. The last time they were out here was on January 15th. We paid the extra money for good doors, because the doors were under really good warranty.
