Description of Work: They had replaced our front door with a beautiful new Burgundy red door that we had been wanting to do for years. They had sent out first someone to measure the front door opening as it would be not only the steel door with an oval glass and brass decorative piece but also a storm door that could be switched with a glass piece and a screen piece between the seasons as we wished. We waited for the custom door to arrive and when it did, they called to inform us of a scheduling date that would work for us and they had the door installed within the day. I had realized a couple of days later that I had the wrong type of dead bolt installed in the door and called them later and even though my husband had picked a non-key inside door bolt I had actually wanted a dead bolt that had to be opened with a key on both sides of the door. They said no problem and came out and replaced the entire door dead bolt set and handle at no charge to us to make sure we were satisfied with the door and that I felt safer with that type of dead bolt. Mr. Rogers representative again stated to call if we had any other problems or concerns and gave us little bottles of paint to do touch ups if we needed to for the door. We are very happy with the purchase and would use them again if we have to replace our windows or another door.

Description of Work: We had 17 Windows replaced. Only complaint is that since we had all out windows replaced, and still we had two door to door sales people representing Mr. Rogers stop and want to replace our windows. | (1) Did our windows look like they needed to be replaced? My wife and I love how our windows look. |(2). Why didn't sales people have info on work they had done?
